Very good location. All main interest areas of the city (old town, bourbon area, financial center) are within walking distance. The rooms were decent in terms of space and comfort, quite good value for the money. Most of the staff didn't speak English and they were quite bored and unfriendly (one exception though, a middle aged guy, which was quite the opposite - good command of English, very friendly and helpful), you didn't have any indication of the services available through the hotel (including breakfast hours) and the furniture was a bit old. |

It's wonderfully central location - close to all the Art Galleries. Also it is so easy to get to, by metro, from the airport. |

Being in the Hospitality business myself I found this Hotel divine. Loved the decor and the general feel of the place. Being close to airport metro line and in the heart of all the sites. I even returned for a night on my way out of Spain. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Please dont change it. |

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and went out of their way to assist us...the rooms were clean, comfortable. The hotel is quiet and at a great location for resturants, shopping and starting point for sight seeing. |

The hotel is well-located, comfortable and good value. Although it could do with some updating it provides all a traveller needs and has a certain charm. There is a bar which wasn't open when we stayed. The minibar in the room is not a substitute. |

Convenient location. I stayed there many years ago. The single room was too small and faced a courtyard, so I moved to a double room facing the street the next day. |

przytulny hotelik w centrum miasta, dobrze skomunikowany. Nie wszysy posługują się językiem angielskim w ramach obsługi hoelu. To jest ewidentny minus biorąc pod uwagę, że hotel jest w samym centrum Madrytu i ma międzynarodowa klientelę. |

Hotel (klein, 29 kamers) op een centrale plek in de stad, vlakbij een Metro station. Galiano is een hotel waar een renovatie niet zou misstaan. Alles is netjes en schoon, maar oud. Ontbijtbuffet is simpel, niet uitgebreid. |
