The day staff were excellent and v friendly. It was v close to las Ramblas and accross the road from Gaudi artwork.. We had a balcony which was great for the evenings. We used the garage for parking. The elderly gentleman who was there when arrived was v happy and helpful. The guy who was there on the Monday afternoon when we were checking out was rude , cross and couldnt have been nastier if he tried. and we have no idea why or what he was cross about. Pity to have him as the last memory of a lovely hotel. |

The hotel was very close to Las Ramblas-the main attraction for us. although the conceirge books say the hotel can exchange currency, they will not. |

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was, in general, agreeable and helpful. The hotel was well-located and opposite a Gaudi-designed house. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no fresh fruit, and it was summertime. Scandalous! And, the computer did not work. |

The hotel is attractive and our room had a view onto a beautiful Gaudi designed building opposite. It was very well situated for sightseeing and bars/restaurants. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good even though an extra charge was made. The hotel is extremely convenient for La Rambla, the Port and other places of interest. Unfortunately, the outside noise at night was extreme making it difficult to sleep. There is little the Hotel can do about this but shouting and chanting at 3.00 am on an almost continuous basis was not appealing! |

The hotel staff was very good, the room was very clean, enough space, good bathroom. Location is one block from Las ramblas and 3 mins to a metro station, pretty good!! |

Central location and easy access to metro and bus stop to airport. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. No place to sit outside. I thought there was a roof terrace available.Slightly noisy due to being so close to the Ramblas but would not put me off staying there again. |

The hotel was safely located just off the main Ramblas. It was very quiet because we had an inside room with windows only to an inside corridor. The room was very clean and the staff reliable and helpful when asked. We booked a triple and that ended up being a double with the day bed open making it very crowded on the path to the bathroom. The internet was wireless but only available in the common area by the dining room not in the rooms. |

The hotel staff was helpful, the location was excellent and it wasn't noisy as some of the other reviews suggested. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The bathroom door had no lock but it wasn't a problem to prevent our little one from accidentally opening the door when using it. A clock/alarm would have been a useful addition. |

Excellent location. Spacious family room. Friendly helpful staff. Our family room felt a bit dated but that is all really. The bathroom was excellent and very clean. I would recommend the hotel because the location was perfect. Next time I would want a room at the front of the hotel overlooking Gaudi's Guell Palace. |

Well appointed family room in a pleasant and tastefully decorated hotel in a great location with very helpful staff and parking next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return again. The room/service could be improved by tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

It is very near to rAMBLA street where most tourist are there They are putting a note that towel cannot be change daily. So we use our towel for 3 days and we are used to changed it daily. We asked for hot water and they replied all staff in the kitchen are very busy. Sometimes elevator not working and if u ask the staff to check they will reply they cannot do it. So u have to go and climb to ur room which is very high and makes u feel dizzy, |

Hotel very conveniently situated for sightseeing by Metro system & close to La Rambla. Good size bathroom, well finished and equipped, Lifts did not work properly and staff sometimes seemed frustrated by this |
