L'hotel és fàcil de trobar i el personal de recepció és amable. Hi ha un parking public just a sota de l'hotel (hi ha un accès directe al propi ascensor de l'hotel) amb uan tarifa especial pels clients de l'hotel. El parking és ampli i s'hi aparca bé. L'hotel està en una zona comercial i està a uns 5-10 min. a peu de la zona del Call jueu (casc antic) No vam poder agafar l'habitació amb llit de matrimoni, ja que ens vandir que l'hotel només en tenia en unes poques habitacions. Tot i que les instal·lacions del hotel són correctes crec que són més propies d'un 3 estrelles que un de 4. |

És un hotel molt comfortable i cèntric amb un nivell professional imecable i, en aquest cas, amb una molt bona relació qualitat-preu (no sempre és així). A destacar la qualitat i dimensió dels televisors. El pàrquing, que és públic, surt proporcionalment car tot i el descompte que facilita l'hotel. El bany és el primer que caldria reformar-actualitzar, està bé però desdiu de la categoria de l'habitació. |

Excellent location, 100 yards from bus station and 10 mins walk from the old town of Girona. Comfy beds and pillows, great power shower, complimentary toiletries, lots of closet space. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms |

It is very central and warm and friendly nicely furnished bedrooms also the buffet breakfast was very good although it did cost an extra 13 euros each I did not like the fact that people smoke in the bar, not too good when you are trying to have a relaxing drink but it seems to happen a lot in Girona |

Very centrally located close to the train and bus station (arriving from the airport), and the shops and old town within walking distance. Very quiet and discreet service. |

Room and hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were unobtrusive, pleasant and courteous. Everything worked efficiently. Very enjoyable stay. Great location close to the centre of the city. |

Modern and clean rooms with fairly spacious bathrooms. Staff efficient. Well placed for the town, although 10 mins walk from the medieval centre. Website does not mention that a continental breakfast is available for 6€ in the café. The buffet at 13€ is overpriced, don't book this online. All one night there was a loud low hum from machinery on the roof. Parking in the underground car park is very expensive, but this applies everywhere in Girona. |

The location was so central, my husband had previously stayed there on a Golf Trip and was so impressed we booked again The restaurant was not open and there were no bar facilities to have a quiet drink after 10pm |

Our stay at your Hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. we liked the location, (just 500meters approx from the bus/rail station). Our room was very comfortable and clean. And enjoyed a very pleasant stay. We travel quite a bit recently to Europe and as english do enjoy ''our cup of tea'' We did feel disapointed that there wasnt any boiling water facilitys in our room. (we always bring our own tea)! |

Excellent hotel, friendly and professional staff, modern and clean room. Close to town centre and historic part of the City only five minutes walk. Also walking distance from the bus and rail station. |
