Very clean rooms, quiet despite being close to a main road, informed staff who spoke excellent English, fantastic value for money. About 20 minute walk into the city centre. |

The hotel was clean, was decorated okay, and had a comfortable bed and shower. The location is out of centre and is not easy to find walking from the centre. This hotel is not suitable to walk to the centre. |

Clean and affordable. The reception was open 24hours and that was helpful since we arrived at 11pm. The staff even let me make a local call for free from their front desk. |

nice,modern and very large room with a big bathroom.We liked all light switches in the panel above the bed.Good breakfest, thus its extra. Despite its located next to busy road, very quiet well, location isnt greatest, but cant propably get such a room in centre of Girona for this rate.... Some more furniture wouldnt be bad idea,as room is quite big.Also, TV is also quite farr from bed. |

Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were new and clean. Shower was good. AC worked well. You really need to get a taxi into Girona. To go by foot involves walking along a road which has no footpath. The bed was an unusual configuration - double with a single bunk above, at right angles. My friend was above and every time he moved it creaked, waking me. No storage space, just a few hangers beside the bed. |

The room was very big, bathroom was great. The breakfast was extremely poor! If you ever go to this hotel, do not order it! We ordered it for two mornings and we had to cancel the second one - that was not problem, we got our money back. Also, it is quite problematic to get to this hotel if you dont have a car. Walking to the hotel is not nice - there is no path, therefore you have to walk on highway or climb a muddy hill and go across the field. |

For a stop over on a journey and a chance to see Girona, it represents good value in an easy location to find. Room was clean, good size and minimalistic. Liked the shower! |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the Ibis part of the hotel opens early (7:30pm) to accommodate foreign visitors. The rooms, although clean and fresh, are definitely too minimalist and clinical! Two soft chairs and a larger "desk" area would be useful + one or two shelves. A bath mat would also help. The beds are very hard. |

Almost nothing, the only positive part was the staff that were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is very new, but seems to be made with the lowest possible budget, everything seems cheap and bad quality; thin walls too. Its really far from the center of the town and has a difficult access by bus; if you have the misfortune to go there I hope of have a car. The cleanliness was terrible. Under my bed there was a good amount of dust, and my sheets had hair from at least 2 people. There was no phone in the room, a board stuck to the wall pretending to be a desk but too small for any purpose and a plastic stool instead of a chair. There is a LCD television hanged by the wall in a weird angle that makes it impossible to watch from the bed, the stool is your only option. The breakfast is very poor and there is no Internet! |

The staff were incredibily helpful and friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had and also organised an early morning wake up knock on the door and a taxi to the airport. I was impressed by their attitude/ The bed was a little hard for me. |
