It was lovely and the staff were terrific. Just was like the photos said! It was perhaps a bit too hi tech for us and the remote controls needed a pair of specs. Breakfast was superb but the room is a little on the small side. However the staff were just charming and the experience and location - just terrific Breakfast area was a bit small for comfort but the food excellent |

Everything. Location - heart of old town, design, building - perfectly renovated old building keeping some nice details of the past, staff was amazing, very helpfull and friendly. High tech features of the room - EIB controlled lights and climate, big flat TV, jakudzi bath.. |

The room was very contemporary and had lots of electronics. THe staff took 5 minutes to explain that to us. Very chic in black and white. Room was very small and didn't have much space for baggage. Few shelves. |

Its central position, the friendliness of the staff, particularly on reception. The efficient self service breakfast, best experienced anywhere. Cleanliness of rooms and communal areas. Lovely en suite bathroom. The bedroom was ultra modern and stylish which we liked but the control switches to operate lighting etc were quite challenging. Given the water shortages in this area during the summer I had reservations about the unconventional wash basin. There was no facility for capturing the running water in the basin (ie no plug) and therefore the water just drained away which I felt to be very wasteful. |

Located in heart of historic centre, perfect location. Excellent, young, multi-lingual and very helpful staff. Remote control for lighting in bedroom and bathroom was not easy to understand as instructions in Catalan! Being city centre a little noisy at times. |

very pleasant staff and locals. beautiful relaxing atmosphere. perfect position near cathedral and old town light switches a little confusing - would have liked kettle in own room and breakfast facilities on last day as had to leave by 7;15. lack of space for clothes. not keen on there being little privacy in bath room/toilet |

The location of the hotel and the considerate and competent way I was treated by the two young women who meet the public. They could also tell you, by telephone how to get to the hotel without getting lost. (June 2009). |

Excellent hotel in a prime position close to the cathedral. All of the facities were first class, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Possible lack of wardrobe/drawer space for a stay of more than a day or two. |

El personal y la habitación que está completamente automatizada y la ducha que es genial. La entrada del parking es muy justa, si tienes un coche grande, mejor no pruebes de entrar en el parking. |

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación era muy silenciosa, buen aislamiento. La cama muy cómoda. En las fotos que aparecen de la habitación doble hay un baño con bañera que no existe. La habitación muy pequeña y oscura. La separación entre el baño y la habitación por un cristal no me gustó, prefiero un poco más de intimidad. El secador estaba estropeado y no lo cambiaron. |

Es cómodo, perfecto para el que va a conocer o visitar Gerona, porque esta muy centrico, y cerca de todo Las luces de la habitación. No se puede leer por la noche por ejemplo. No hay luz en los lados de la cama independientes. |

Het hotel ligt zeer centraal in de stad; personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk, zelfs gedeeltelijk nederlands-sprekend. Ontbijt een beetje knullig maar wel smakelijk; de kamer was zeer comfortabel. |

Mooi, kleinschalig hotel in een sfeervolle omgeving. De ontvangst met borrel en hapje op de kamer was erg leuk. Verder is er een gezamenlijke woonkamer waar koffie en fruit kan worden genuttigd. |
