Commendable friendliness and helpfulness of hotel personnel. Proximity to Train and Bus station. Quality of continental breakfast. Very comfortable room. After checkout we were allowed to leave our cases while we had a last wander around the town before an evening flight home. |

The hotel was close to transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was modern and well maintained and serviced very well. I will stay there again. |

The hotel is family run and they all make you feel very welcome and can not do enough for you. It is in an ideal situation, just minutes from the bus station perfect for people who do not want to hire a car. We had a lovely time and can not wait to go back. |

Receptionist during the day was very helpful and spoke excellent English. New digital TV, good-sized room & bathroom. Luggage storage on departure was helpful, as was location beside the railway station. NIght porter spoke very little English and gave inaccurate directions to a pub we were looking for. TV could have had a few more English-language channels. |

Perfect location, very near the rail/bus station, also near city centre (old town). Staff were very friendly. Places nearby to go out and get your own breakfast, if you choose. Very basic hotel, but fine for a short city break. Room security was very basic - doors did not lock automatically - had to be locked with key & bolt. Quite noisy with people returning late at night. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good value, and the room was kept very clean. It is in a very handy location. As a very minor complaint, a lick of paint would not go wrong. |

The staff were very pleasant, the location was central and great for bus/train station access. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a decent sized bath. Breakfast was perfectly adequate though "continental". Would have enjoyed having a kettle to make tea in the room but that was only a minor detail. |

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is comfortable and in a very good location. It would avoid confusion if some of the rules of the hotel were made available in the rooms. For example, it's important to know that you have to book for breakfast the evening before. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We had travelled by train and the hotel was situated conveniently close to the railway station but the area was pleasant and close to the city centre and restaurants.It was quite quiet |

The Hotel is very convenient for the bus station and not too far from the Centre. There is 24 hour reception and the staff are pleasant The hotel is in need of a little refurbishment and the price does not reflect that. |

The guy at the reception, joseph is very friendly, the location is near the bus station and opposite a good cafetaria The room is a bit small, and there's no kettle in the room (I found that all three hotels that I stayed in, in Germany and Spain do not have this facility) |

Very helpful staff in every way. Very convenient for transport links and old town. Comfortable room Maybe a little overpriced. I also stayed in Bellmirall a week later for a night for $35 including breakfast. The room was much smaller but was also en-suite and very comfortable. (in spite of the all-night sound of the church bells!!!!) |
