The hotel offers all its guests an exclusive tourist guidebook as a gift. Asturias, Gastronomy and Excursions from Gijón is a limited edition guidebook featuring nearly 100 images and totalling 96 full-colour pages. Furthermore, a virtual version of the various excursions available can be seen on TV, via the hotel's very own Asturias In Images channel.
Alternatively, you are within easy reach of 32 recommended restaurants and Sidrerías, traditional cider bars, where you can enjoy the best local Asturian cuisine. More information is available from the hotel upon your arrival.
The As de Picas restaurant and cafe are located in the building and are open until 12:00 and 12:30 respectively.
The Sala Acapulco disco bar closes at 03:00 from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays it is open until 05:00.
Every room includes an invitation offering free entrance to the Casino of Asturias. The casino’s cocktail bar offers canapés and tapas and is open Sunday to Thursday, from 17:00 to 05:00. On Fridays, Saturdays and on the eve of the holy days, it closes at 06:00.
We prefer to continue using the safety key for the doors rather than a card, because it gives us tranquillity and better control on access, despite it being less convenient.
The hotel's location makes it convenient for those visiting the new Talaso Poniente seaside spa centre - one of the best thalassotherapy centres in Spain. Tickets are available from the hotel reception.

Beautiful Hotel-Central location- No parking Parking across the street was $20.00, and the GPS had a hard time finding the hotel. The streets are not marked well. |

Location was excellent. All amenities beside the hotel at walking distance, Great eateries,Lovely traditional cider bar, walking distance to good shopping with multiple hot chocolate bars to stop at. Lovely walk down to habour with multiple tapas bars to choose from. Bathroom was lovely and the room was clean with good air conditioning. The reception staff were very helpful at all times, giving us good advice on "things to do" and places to go. |

That the 'superior room' was actually a small suite. Style, decoration and furniture. Location in the old town. Helpful staff. I would have liked a coffee-maker in the room. |

The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The Reception staff were very helpfull and courteous. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, beaches and many places of interest. As I needed internet access during my stay, I was pleased to find that the free wifi connection was good ( better than in some other hotels that I have used in the area). There was very little information about the hotel and its services/facilities provided in the room. The lack of restaurant or bar facilities, for anything other than breakfast, could be a problem for some. Fortunately, there is a plentiful choice of places to eat and drink nearby and the hotel reception will provide recommendations with a location map. |

Nos sorprendió leer en la habitación que no cobraban el Desayuno si el cliente consideraba que sus productos no tenían la máxima calidad,y ver que a pesar de la Crisis esten renovando los Climatizadores de aire por los Mitsubishi Electric que dicen son los más silenciosos del mercado con sólo 19 dB. Damos fe que ni se oyen y se agradece. |

Amabilidad del personal. La estupenda y amplia habitación que nos dieron (607). Las recomendaciones sobre la cafetería del Casino. Poca señalización (no vimos ninguna) para llegar al hotel. Al estar céntrico y ser las calles unidireccionales no fue fácil encontrarlo. |
