location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The Bar was dark and dreary with no atmosphere. There is only one english TV channel, CNN. There were a number of German. I think the hotel should provide not just german and spanish TV but also english. |

Good location. Room had a nice view. Staff tried to be friendly. The hotel has every indication that management was trying to cut costs in every little way. The staff tried to be friendly but were badly overworked. Every single time I went to or even walked by the front desk, others were waiting and the phone was ringing and it took several minutes before anyone helped. The wi fi did not work. Breakfast meats were iffy. Numerous little renovations were needed. |

HU: Leginkább a vacsora összeállítása és mennyisége fogott meg. Mindig volt a hely az étteremben dacára a hotel nem kevés számú vendégére. ENG: I was amazed by the size and the variety of the dinner. There was always enough seats in the restaurant despite the many guests staying at the hotel. HU: A vacsora felszolgáló személyzet udvariassága néhol megkérdőjelezhető. ENG: The courteousy of the dinner serving staff was somewhat below avarage. |

La situación centrica, el centro comercial enfrente y las entradas gratuitas para el Lago Martiánez. Cuando llegamos, habia peleas verbales entre el recepcionista y otra empleada, esto nos molestó. |

La situation et l'amabilité des personnes à la réception, hôtel relativement confortable et tranquille du fait que la clientèle est plus ou moins d'un certain âge. Le Wi Fi ne fonctionnait pas et son prix était relativement élevé, le personnel qui s'occupe du buffet n'est vraiment pas aimable, tout est fait pour la clientèle allemande..(il y a plus de chaînes allemandes que de chaînes espagnoles..) |

situacion muy buena esta bastante bien remozado, el desayuno fantastico , se puede recomendar el sevicio de internet es caro y no tienen impresora, el servicio de habitaciones adolece de alguna cosas como son toallas lo demas se puede recomendar |

La ubicacion Me tuve que cambiar de habitación. La que me dieron olia a orina que echaba para atrás. La moqueta es un microcosmos en ella misma. El gimnasio estaba cerrado y la piscina también. |

El hotel tiene una situación inmejorable. El acceso es muy bueno y fácil ya sea en coche o en "guagua". La comida del buffet es muy buena y variada (aunque la bebida es algo cara). La vista desde nuestra habitación era muy buena ya que se podía ver el mar y el teide en los días claros. Tras la primera noche tuve que pedir que me cambiaran el colchón ya que se notaban los muelles.Lo cambiaron y aunque el que pusieron estaba mejor, no estaba bien del todo.Las juntas de los azulejos del baño están negras de la humedad.Las toallas deberían ser revisadas antes de colocarlas, varios dias nos pusieron toallas manchadas. Todas las sábanas que ponían estaban agujereadas. |
