The hotel staff was very helpful in any question and guidance. The room was very small and children room was without windows like storehouse it was very claustrophobic . |

Breakfast variety and content good. Staff helpful. Bar closed very early, and not very welcoming. If unnecessary, why have it?.. |

It was quiet and clean. Hm, the staff was... Competent but not very friendly. It almost seemed like they were trying to pick a fight every time I talked to them. I don't know if its because they have trouble communicating in english, but often times it felt the staff at the desk was overwhelmed. All in all, they were competent and fairly efficient, but talking to them was not at all pleasant, ever. |

The bed was falling apart, the bathroom bin was not emptied every day, toilet roll and soap not replenished daily, no plug in bathroom despite requests left for the maid, the shower leaked to the extent it was unusable. |

No restaurant. Internet did not work. Shower curtain smells like urine. No room service. Noisy. Window did not close properly. Reception staff should work in Fawlty Towers. |

El Hotel está muy bien, sobretodo la relación calidad/precio. El desayuno está bastante completo. Tanto la habitación como el resto del Hotel se encuentra bastante limpio. |

La cordialità dello staff e la vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto, compreso la stazione nord da dove partono gli autobus per Girona (utile per chi viaggia con la Ryanair). il letto ad una piazza e mezza, anche se la prenotazione era per un letto matrimoniale. |

Prima hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Ontbijt is goed, personeel behulpzaam. Lawaai maakende hotelgasten. Hier werd niet adequaat mee omgegaan door het personeel. |
