Niemand kann Deutschkenntnisse verlangen, aber zumindest drei Worte englisch wären in der Hotewlbranche in einem Stadthotel hilfreich. Hinzu kam ein Übermaß an Kontrolle. |

Das Hotel ist zum Zeitpunkt unserers Aufenthaltes brandneu gewesen. Die Ausstattung ist funktionell, natürlich auch brandneu und hochqualitativ. Keinen Grund der Beschwerde.Die Gastronomie ist günstig, recht vielseitig und gut in der näheren Umgebung. Die Gegend ist in Ordnung, aber nicht gerade Monaco. Sagen wir es mal so. |

Staff was friendly and nice, the hotel looked very clean and new. There were no food facilities in the hotel as it is very small, however it was not a problem at all, since just across the road there were several places where you could eat at a very reasonable price. The room had blinders so we could sleep as long as we wanted. What we also liked was that there was free Wi-Fi in the hotel. It situated rather far from the city center, so if you like to ave a promenade in the downtown in the evening, that might not be the best option. The hotel was also a bit expensive for a 2-star hotel without breakfast. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. No tea and coffee making facilities. This was very disappointing as we arrived late due to flight delays. The toilet was badly stained and toilet seat cracked. Basic soap and shampoo, no conditioner or body lotion etc. For the price of 75 Euros quoted I would have expected many more free products, especially since the almost equal value of sterling. to euro. |

Near public transportation facilities. Extremely helpfull staff that do what they promise. Efficient room, minimalistic = sufficient. Only for sleeping, no breakfast or dining facilities. La Canasta around the corner serves a good breakfast and lunch for a very reasonable price. |

Clean room, near the station, friendly staff Location is out of the city center. 30 minutes walking distance. Reception speaks only Spanish. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and made great recommendations for places to eat nearby! The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was simple in style but had everything we needed, comfy beds and was tastefully furnished. |

Spotlessly clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. The beds were on castors so on leaning back on the headboard when reading(or indulging in a more strenuous activity,I can imagine),the bed would skitter along the floor,away from the wall, leaving you horizontal. |
