Friendly, helpful staff. Nice and quiet (early June.) Great location and very good rates. We recommend Hotel Goya as the perfect budget hotel. |

The hotel was cheap, so our requirements were quite low. It was 15-20 minutes walk to the docks and the city beach, so the localisation was great. Staff was english-speaking and very helpful. The rooms where small but clean. Air conditioning wasn't working. Very noisy in the morning. |

At det er centralt beliggende med gå afstand til både strand og restauranter. Rimelig afstand til Lufthavnen Låsene på dørene bør skiftes ud. De larmer meget når folk smækker dørene i når de forlader værelset. |

It was relatively near the centre for active people and the price was extremely competitive We experienced quite a bit of noise from rowdy room neighbours |

Tha staff were great, not a luxury hotel but very ggod for a low price, restaurant is also good. Not very close to beach/downtown but you may walk few minutes and get there with no problem. |

Hotel was located in the city of alicante but not alongside a busy road.So it was quite at night. Small but clean rooms I think ( im not from an english speaking Country ) all the staff schould be able to speak a few words english. |

Hotel have fairly good location and for that price I didn't expect any better. You get what you pay for which is what I wanted. As mentioned before, paper thin walls but as the hotel wasn't so busy you can survive it without any problems. |

In a quiet area but easy to find your way around and staff were most helpful. The Christmas closure hours but i realise this is part of Spanish tradition. |

Paid for Bed and Breakfast when booking and was charged again by hotel on checkout, very annoying. Hotel has paper thin walls, you can hear everything from rooms away, I was woken every day very early. The maid servise was excellent, very clean room, she did a lovely job. |

The single room was a lovely size for a one night stay. The decor was fresh and in my opinion very pleasant. The bathroom was very small but this is common in 2 star Spanish hotels. The prices of the food in the cafe/bar were very reasonable and my meal was freshly cooked. I was disappointed that I could not get a cup of coffee before 8.00a.m. on Sunday. I had to leave the hotel at 8.00a.m. to catch a bus to the airport. |

Staff could speak English and French. 1) The shower was so small with the door closed it was like a coffin. We couldnt touch our right shoulder with our left hand without opening the shower door. 2) The airconditioner didnt work well. 3) It listed a hairdryer in its facilities, we thought it would be in the room but we were told to wait till 11am when a staff would be able to give it to us. |

Older hotel not very close to the coast (where is the lively part of the city) with very small bathroom and pretty old furniture. It is also very noisy at night (I almost couldn't sleep first night). Finding a mold in shower bath convinced us not to recommend this place to anyone. |

Nice location. The hotel smell humidity. Not very helpful staff. The bathroom was very clean but the overall room we had would require a makeover, even considering this as a budget hotel. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself, although basic, was perfect for a short stay. The location was a little far away from the seafront, but it was still perfectly walkable |

Location of the hotel was good, near town center and not to far from the beach!!! It was quite noisy in the mornings, you could hear how people are coming back or going out from hotel. In the balcony we had a ventilator for air conditions, so it was really noisy when some people started to use it! |
