Net hotel, met supervriendelijk personeel met mooie kamers en mooi uitzicht op zee of de Teide berg. Hotel erg gericht op Duitsers. 90% van de gasten is 65+. Het eten was er in grote hoeveelheden,maar soms wat saai en afgestemd op hongerige bejaarden! Vochtig weer (veel wolken door de bergen, maar niet koud, maar weinig zon), dus niet aan te raden voor strandgenieters |

Betrokkenheid van het personeel om voor het hotel de 4 sterren uitstraling waar te maken. Meer een opmerking! Het hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht over het centrum en strand van Puerto de la Cruz. Voor gasten, die niet beschikken over eigen vervoer of gewoon en wandelingetje willen maken zijn er in alle richtingen steile afdalingen en beklimmingen nodig. |

All the staff was really friendly, flexible, helpful and, at the same time, respectful. They had a wide selection of wines and excellent food. The hotel, pool and gardens were really well kept. Plus, they have the best physiotherapist in town. Excellent views to Mount Teide and to the see. I'd like to thank all the staff for a great and unforgetable stay. Although the furniture is kept in good condition; it needs an update. |

It was a very comfortable and well run hotel Situated half-way up an enormous hill, so a difficult climb for the elderly. Poor variation in the buffet dinner. |

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was situated close to the center but in the tourist center. The food was excellent and the service second to none. Above all the value for money could not be beaten. The fact the fitness facilities were an additional payment |
