The staff went above and beyond to help us with train schedules - thank you very much. The room was so comfortable and lovely. The location was out of the downtown but the city tram was close and easy to use (but unfortunately doesn't run past 11 pm). The hot tub was barely warm and the area was very plain, so unlike the rest of the hotel. |

La relación calidad precio. 100 euros por noche una habitación doble es similar a lo que me ofrecían hostales de la ciudad para ir al azkena Que reservé para acudir al azkena y estaba en la otra punta de la ciudad. Estaría bien que se ofreciera el servicio de transporte al festival. |

El spa está muy bien. El gimnasio también y la calidad del desayuno buffet es espectacular. Ah y la doble puerta en la habitación garantiza la tranquilidad y el descanso. La decoración de las habitaciones es muy oscura, pero eso es para gustos. Por cierto la diferencia de la habitación standar y la superio no merece la pena, lo único que varía es la cama, aún más grande. |

Las habitaciones son grande y los baños amplios, tiene ginnasio, sauna y jacuzy, super limpios La sauna vapor la tenian desconectada. Y la camarera del bar en el turno de noche le falta clase y simpatia para estar en el bar de un hotel de estras caracteristicas. pedi cama de matrimonio en mi reserva y cuando llegue al hotel, me degeròn que la cama de matrimonio tiene un suplemento de 25€ |
