l'atenció es força correcte, i la piscina es d'agrair en aquestes alçades de l'estiu. L'hotel està en el punt just que no es el centre de la ciutat però no es difícil arribar-hi. Vam celebrar un casament i el menjar va ser molt bo. |

Esmorzar els diumenges fins ales 12h. SPA molt correcte. Mal aïllament entre habitacions, tot molt nou però mal cuidat (mobles i parets picats). Mal construït (massa ràpid):aixetes fluixes, parket obert, etc. |

The hotel is in an ideal location for the Alhambra Palace, which is a must see if you are in the Granada/Southwest region of Spain. When we first saw the hotel, we both commented on the some what unorthodox cylindrical design, but found that it was aesthetically pleasing both inside and out. We only stopped at this hotel for two nights, solely for the purpose of looking around the Alhambra Palace and the City of Granada, due to this, we didn't use most of the hotel's facilities, so unfortunately I cannot comment on them. However, the room was well equipped, comfortable and excellent value for money which made our stay even more pleasurable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Superb hotel! The room are magnificient, the best price/quality I ever stayed. Breakfast is a dream for only 8 EUR. Bus to centre around the corner and lots of free parking spaces closeby. Ideal if you travel by car. I have to say something I guess... well,the water of the outside pool was too cold to swimm. |

Helpfulness of staff and quietness of the hotel as it was not very busy when I stayed there. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. The problem we had in the bathroom was fixed immediately. I did not like that the bar of the hotel closed at midnight which meant you could not have a social drink in the bar if you came home after this time. |

A free welcome drink in the hotel bar on the arrival. A comfortable room. Bathrobes were a pleasant supplement. Quite a big swimming pool (for a hotel) with different depth levels making it possible to dive. Towels for the swimming pool could be taken free of charge (though with a 10 euro deposit per person) at the reception. The glass outside lifts provided good views over the surroundings day and night. To provide toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, etc daily, not only upon the arrival. To switch off the sound in the lift - its 'Chinese English' was almost impossible to understand and only annoyed. To have more personnel at the reception at the check-out time (12:00) - there was only one receptionist and a line of guests waiting to check out. |

We had a splendid visit and cannot wait to go again! Everyone at the hotel was efficient and friendly. The value for money was outstanding and as it was July there were offers on too! A real find. Just ten mins away from Granada by bus. |

Supposed to be a four star hotel, but could not offer us an evening meal, as the restuarant was 'full'. Also we were charged to park in the hotel carpark overnight |

Nice hotel. Out of the city. You can find a parking around the hotel for free. The sink wasn't working properly. The water wasn't floating away. You sould put your hands into the dirty water to press it. Awesome... |
