The hotel is close to a university and shopping areas, so it's easy to get around to the centre of the city because of its location. The room is clean and the area is safe. All their staff can carry some English. It's a prefect hotel for budget travellers. |

This is a charming hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are very quiet and private. The shared courtyard is relaxing. |

the flow of space, inner court, very peaceful the way you design the showerroom of room no.5 is cute but you have to improve the water draining, or may be you have to give some warning; don't open the water to the maximum level. |

Location and price The Hotel promised high speed internet in all rooms and this was not available. The internet was not even good right at the reception. We were relying on interent to plan our future travels in Spain and lack of it handicapped it quite a bit. One of the reasons we decided to go with this Hotel was the availability of internet. If not there were other hotels cheaper to stay in around the same location |

The design of the hotel, the courtyard, the friendly staff and internet access. Difficult to set the air conditioning at the right temperature - too warm to sleep well at night. |

Great location, staff really helpfull in giving points of interest and opening times. Recommendations for places to eat were really good. Also they parked the car for us which is difficult in the narrow roads, if arriving by car you need satnav or good directions and book parking in advance |

location was very good, except is on an alley or side street. Next to ir¡t is a hospital which provides lunch for the homeless at about 3pm. Once inside, the place is very nice and clean. No internet facility. Off the main stream road, somewhat lonely at night on the street. |

The friendly service, help with parking the car, directions and staff recommendations. Charming decoration is a nice touch to this excellent value. Easy 12-minute walk to train station and 30-minute walk to Paseo de los Tristes through historic centre or along picturesque Gran Vía. |

Quiet environment, nice courtyard, warm atmosphere, lots of plants, tea making facilities available - (I had a some stomach problem then) There was only a tiny problem about reaching it by bus. The nearest bus stop should be more clearly given, appointing the great Spanish flag on the corner |

Fabulous staff, lovely room, cute little hotel in a tastfully rennoved traditional house with a lovely quiet courtyard - plants, tables, sunshine. Easy walk to all the old city action. It is just on the edge of where the pretty historiclly signifigant old city of Granada morfs into a low socioeconomic area. The grafitti and dogshit in the streets nearby is off putting but if you keep your head and feet facing in the dircetion of the old city it's justr fine. |

I love the open internal courtyard! I did not like walking down the dark alley way to get to the hotel. |

Rooms are big, pleasant and well decorated. It is quite close to the station / and a nearby bus stop and not to far from all the beautiful sites in the city The floors were not very clean. The walls / floors don't isolate the noise very well |

The internal courtyard was pleasant and the rooms were adequate. The location of the hotel is somewhat offputting, located in a scruffy back street which was heavily graffitied and somewhat threatening. The airconditioning wasn't working and the toilet didn't have an extraction system |

Clean and very accessible to all we wanted in Granada. Would be better with showers than the baths that were not easy to get into. |

The hotel has a lovely picture of Andalucia. It is extremely relaxed and the refreshment charges are extremnely modest for a city centre hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy with little individual touches. If you are visiting the Alhambra there is a bus service just up the road a little and as it is a circular bus, you get a really good tour of Granada during the ride. Our room was at the front of the hotel, so you could hear people and cars going down the street. There are no restaurants close to the hotel, the majority are around the Cathedral, which was a good 15/20 mins walk away but plenty of cafes and tapas bars. |

very close to main area but a couple streets off the beaten path. i really liked a couple staff members as they were very friendly and knowledgeable. nice patio area to have a drink and relax. shady area as you need a key to get into the hotel itself. not sure how thoroughly the staff cleans as i found an underwear from a previous guess in the closet. no late check out. don't see the flamenco show they recommend - not worth it, too short and unless you sit in the two front rows, you won't see much. |

Delightful hotel with very helpful staff. No food but lots of cafes around the corner for yummy tostada y tomate with cafe con leche breakfast and 5 minute walk to the cathedral area with all its restaurants. A cold beer in the tranquil courtyard after a heavy day sightseeing was perfect! |
