price fits its facility. One of the stafves is not friendly. He performed his duty in a perfunctory manner when we asked for some help, and he looked like racial discrimination to Asia people. He gave us wrong information about the transportation. This is the worest one. |

Hotel staff is friendly. Bus stop is near the hotel so it's convinient to RENFE station and Alhambra,etc. The room was clean and warm, but it was too small. |

No me ha gustado la mayoría de las cosas, pero si tengo que destacar algo sería el precio asequible. En primer lugar no tiene parking, cuando en la página dice que si así que nos gastamos 20 euros mas por dejar el coche toda la noche en el parking público En segundo lugar, la habitación que nos ofrecieron no tenía nada que ver con la de la ilustración. Las instalaciones también dejan mucho que desear, en la habitación doble que estuvimos tenía dos camas de 90 cm, cuando nosotros somos un matrimonio con un niño de 9 meses, además no se podian unir ya que en medio había una mesa empotrada en el cabecero. El radiador no funcionaba, y el aire acondicionado no tenía bomba de calor. |

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。長距離バスの乗り場を訊ねたときも、英語がわからない私たちに丁寧に- 教えてくださり、助かりました。 特に安くで宿泊できたと言うわけではないので、せっかくグラナダにきたのだから、もっと市内中心部のセント- ラルやアルハンブラ宮殿が見えるホテルに宿泊すればよかったと思っています。 |
