Das geräumige Zimmer, die freundlichen und teilweise englisch sprechenden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die Möglichkeit, das Auto für 12,85 Euro in der Hotelgarage abzustellen. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, obwohl wir nur 1 Nacht gebucht hatten, es am nächsten Tag noch bis abends kostenfrei dort zu lassen, weil wir noch die Alhambra besichtigt haben. Sehr guter Service!

Der Frühstücksraum war schrecklich! Angesichts des schönen und recht hellen Zimmers war das eine krasse Enttäuschung! Es gab kein einziges Fenster, und es herrschte Wartesaalatmosphäre! Das Buffet war lieblos, auch wenn grundsätzlich alles Wünschenswerte vorhanden war. Der Orangensaft war nicht zu trinken! Die Lage war recht gut, ca. Eine halbe Std. Fußweg zum Abaicín.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room is modern and clean. The breakfeast is one of the better ones.

The hotel is not that conveniently located. It is approximately 15 minute walk from the main attractions. It also did not look or feel like it was a 4 star hotel. The staff mess up one of our wake up call.

The staff was excellent

The beds were very uncomfortable, the hair dryer might as well not have been there and various parts of the bathroom kept breaking.

The restaurant was open but very expensive. The hotel staff did not want to give directions or provide information - we didn´t get to the Alhambra! There was no "welcome to Granada" or interest in helping tourists.

The localization, it is very near the center. The comfort of the room, good beds and big room.

Hard to get to by car if you are not familiar with the area since most local streets have one-way traffic,

Location was good, though getting there is a little hard to navigate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has on-site parking which is nice too.

Getting out of the parking garage is a pain - there is no bell inside the garage, so you have to back inside the actual hotel to get them to open the door.

Good central location, a pleasant 5 minute walk to the centre. Quiet and comfortable rooms. We had a room overlooking the street but there was minimal noise.

On checking-in the staff at reception told us that the hotel was full despite the fact that we had a confirmed booking, and that they would send us to another hotel, 10 mins away. I refused and the rather surly member of staff at reception was clearly annoyed but had no choice but to let us stay as per the booking.
