It's a beautiful hotel in a great location, only 10 minute walk from the Alhambra. The staff was ok. but not exceptional. They were not as warm and gracious as at other hotels during our stay in Spain. |

The location and the design of the hotel was very impressive. A fabulous view from the veranda and the whole hotel felt spacious and light. Wonderful large bedroom with a glorious view over Grenada. The main problem was that the food didn`t live up to expectation. Everything was ordinary and didn`t live up to the ambience of the place. With such a little more effort this hotel could be exceptional. |

Very beautiful hotel close to the Alhambra. Staff was very accommodating, delicious breakfasts which were included in room price. Beautiful view of the city, very enjoyable. On our last morning we woke up to having no water in our room! The man at the front desk didn't seem to think it was a big deal, but we had a train to catch and it was a very big deal to us! Eventually the water was turned back on. |

Gorgeous hotel-fabulous location near the Alhambra and the city of Granada-all within walking distance. Outside terrace was a great spot to enjoy the city view and have a drink. Rooms are good size-bathroom is lovely and large. Breakfast buffet was excellent and service was good-staff was more than helpful Difficult to drive to but there is valet parking-no charge. |

the convenience to the historical sights and the staff in the dining room were excellent yes..the staff was polite but we wifi problems as well as noisey plumbing. the bathroom plumbing kept us awake at night.Staff did nothing .The bar staff were rude and offered very poor service |

We particularly enjoyed the pleasing design and decor of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The automatic lights in the ladies public toilet did not stay on for sufficient time and left my wife in the dark for several minutes. |

The views across Granada city, good choice of food at breakfast, comfortable bed and good size room. There are no complaints, however people should be aware that parking is very limited, but it is controlled by Hotel Porters. The location is not suitable for anyone who is unable to climb up steep hill to get to hotel. |

Everything...... did not want to leave. Staff were attentive and we had a splendid view from our room over Granada. Sat in terrace bar until 1 am soaking up the atmosphere and the marvellous views over Granada. |

A beautifully restored and well-maintained hotel sitting on a hill overlooking Granada and within a few steps of the Alhambra itself. The staff was very attentive and helpful, the rooms lovely and clean. |

We had a wonderful time, our room was not very large, but had the essentical comfort, cleanliness and the best view in town. Staff at the cafe and restaurant were polite and hepful and the food gourmet standard, we had the best beef Chateaubriand in the restaurant. Room size. |

What a wonderful view of the city from our balcony! The hotel is beautiful, and the service was great. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet was also good. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Alhambra. |

Very nice staff. Very good location, 5 minutes walking to the Alhambra entrance. Good Granada landscape from the room. Beautiful south spain style exterior and public areas decoration. Internet 10eur per 1 hour. It needs room re-decoration, the current is as old as 10-15 years, although it's not dirty, it doesn't match in a four stars hotel. |
