We appreciate Pilar (not sure of her name- spelling) the receptionist spoke English. The location was very central however it turned out expensive for car park fees over 4 days and nights. We used the public car park, . Overall very nice welcome and lovely clean accomodation.We enjoyed our visit even though the rain thoroughly poured down and hindered our activities. We would reccomend this hotel to others and in fact changed to this one because our origional booking did not any reviews at first and then a couple of weeks later had low scores on the reviews..We have used booking.com for other hotels in this period and this will be our number one website in future. It is vey easy to use, well presented and offers excellent choice and valu free parking would make it perfect. |

Excellent apartment. Loved the location - it sits between the tourist areas and what appears to be a blue collar residential area. Very convenient with several mini supermercados and restaurants nearby. As highlighted in previous reviews, it's quite difficult finding the apartment. Further, several of the small (understatement) roads leading to the apartment were undergoing repairs and were shut. On the bright side, the hotel has a complimentary "parking service" - suggest that anyone driving ask for this service as the carpark lift is small. |

Great location, fairly quiet if kept windows shut. Hotel staff friendly and informative. Apartment was cleaned daily and had all amenities needed, good design and decoration. |

Apartments are in the very center of the city. It is a bit noisy but that is how Granada lives. Apartments are clean and well equipped with everything one may need during a short stay. There is free wireless access to internet! Staff was very helpful. It was worth every euro paid. For some reason there is no information that check-in is not in the Apartementos but in the nearby hotel Nieves. I have seen some people getting upset trying to get in. |

Centrally located spacious and comfortably furnished apartment. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay Check in for the apartment is at Hotel Las Nieves which is a four minute walk away. Spent a lot of time establishing that fact. |

The apartment we had was wonderful. It was right in the center and walking distance to the cathedral, squares and tapas areas. The ac worked very good which was perfect as it was very hot. The apartment had an underground garage which was very good as we had a car we needed to park while we were there. I woudl definitely stay again. The hotel staff was very helpful and very nice. The only down side was that the refrigerator was not the coldest even at the highest setting and although the apartment had a well stocked kitchen it did not have a coffeemaker. |

Very new and modern apartments located in the middle of granada. with tonnes of shops to brouse around in. Facilities are great . with very clean,spacious and unique apartments which are not used very much. Highly recommended for tourists wanting to see granada and to visit the allambra. Only thing i didnt like was the fact there was a significant amount of graffiti around the streets where the hotel is located. |

The apartment was in a nice location. The apartment had comfortable amenities (beds, dishes, kitchen, bathroom). Suggestions for improvements: 1) The booking website said Wifi is available at the Apartment. The staff at Hotel Nieves said they were aware it was not working... 2) It was really cold; the heat took a few hours to kick in. It would be helpful to have an info sheet telling us where the thermostat is located. 3) Provide direct phoneline to Hotel Nieves. |

La situación es estupenda, en pleno centro. El apartamento es nuevo y resulta cómodo y confortable. El personal del hotel muy agradable. Tan solo tuvimos un problema con el termo, que al ser cuatro personas, la última que se duchó lo hizo con agua fría. Por lo demás magnífico. |

Apartamento situado en pleno corazón comercial d la ciudad de Granada y a diez minutos del casco antiguo. Muy bien comunicado. Paradas de bus, cines, ocio nocturno y restaurantes a nada de ellos. Muy recomendados. Estrategicamente situados para estar con mucha tranquilidad a la vez que en pleno centro. |

L'appartement est vraiment joli et très bien situé au centre ville. Le ménage est fait tous les jours par du personnel qualifié. Le seul problème est que la rue était en plein travaux et que le marteau piqueur nous a réveillé 2 jours de suite. A certaines heures il était difficile de rentrer chez nous. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione (pur se difficile da raggiungere con l'auto). Abbastanza spartano, ma corredato di tutto il necessari per un breve soggiorno. Seppur indicate le ore 12:00 per il check in, la camera non era pronta. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora. E vero però che il check out è alle 13...comodo ma forse sovrapposto con chi deve entrare! |
