The staff were relaxed and friendly. The WiFi did not work in the rooms, although the hotel claimed it does. This meant having to use WiFi in the hotel courtyard. |

The hotel is centrally located to everything we wanted to see in Granada, including the Alhambra and the Albaicin area. We bugged the concierge many times about transportation, restaurants, and adding an extra bed to our room, and they were always very nice and extremely helpful. |

It is a beautiful restored old building. The central patio and the restaurant were peaceful escapes from the bustle of Granada. We were offered a choice of rooms on arrival and chose the one with the view over the square. A little noisy at night but the central location makes up for that. |

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely courtyard, pleasant rooms. I would have enjoyed the hotel much more if not for the smokiness of the place. Food in the cafe was excellent for breakfast and dessert - we did not have dinner in the restaurant. Staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. There was a lot of smoking in the courtyard, which was not open at the sky like some others in Spain. The smell of the smoke leaked under our door to the extent that my eyes were stinging and I had to open the window to the outside - and it was cool that night. It was fine on Monday when the patio was not crowded. |

Come and enjoy the Moorish splendour of the Alhambra – one of Europe’s most remarkable buildings – from this hotel, set right outside the ancient walls of the palace itself. |
Renovated in September 2004, the hotel is located in the centre of Granada, just a few minutes away from the shopping centre, the city's monuments and the Alhambra. |
This small and enchanting hotel, overlooking the Alhambra, dates back to the 16th century and is situated close to Plaza Nueva in the Albayzin quarter. |
Set at the foot of the historic Albayzín district on the lively Calle Elvira, this city-centre hotel is decorated in the style typical of Granada. |
