It is perfectly located in the centre of Granada. From the hotel you can walk to the Alhambra and walk through the city. It is centrally located for all the tapas bars too. Our room had not been cleaned at 14.30 in the afternoon. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned so that we could have a rest after visditing the Alhambra. |

Rooms were very clean and location was superb although very noisy at night couldn't open the windows as very noisy outside as we were above a load of tapas bars and restaurants. Hotel is a bit dated. |

The hotel was very well located in an area close to bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a reasonable size and in good decorative order. As a city break Granada has a huge amount to offer. |

Excellent location & value for money. It's right in the centre. The hotel receptionist was very helpful & friendly. They park your car for you nearby (if you're brave enough & foolish enough to want to drive into the centre of Granada!).I would certainly return & strongly recommend this hotel. Also, the breakfast was very good. |

The location combined with price made this a very attractive hotel choice and we were not disappointed. We took advantage of the number of tapas bars and restaurants on the same street as the hotel as well as an excellent wine boutique. It was in the centre of the town with easy access to everything. Staff were polite and can speak English. It's definitely not a big deal but bring your own hair dryer because the one at the hotel does not work well. This hotel charges for internet use, and the coffee is instant coffee. |

The hotel was in a perfect location, right in the heart of the old town and Minutes away from the cathedral. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Everything was perfect |

Receptionist, Carmen, was wonderful and provided all requested information. The location is perfect: I felt safe at all times and it was wonderful to be in a street with bars and restaurants. Close to buses and shops. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. The lounge provides them but the milk isn't refilled, the dirty cups are left lying around and the lounge doesn't open until 7am, meaning that people with early flights can't have a cup of something before they leave. |

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was expensive, there was a plentiful choice of food. There were thick curtains and cushions which gave a slightly musty smell to the room. However, opening the windows for a while seemed to make it better. |

Location was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. My bed sheets were itchy the first night, staff changed them immediatley and gave me a new mattress cover. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear the converstaions next door and the sound of flushing toilets. |

The location was excellent. The front entrance of the hotel takes you to a street full of bars and tapas places. If you walk left you will come to Plaza de Carmen and the shopping areas. The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was comfortable too. |
