The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. The hotel was just a short walk from the town. There was nowhere to park our car outside the hotel and we had no alternative but to use the hotel parking at a cost of 30 Euros which should of been included in the price at the time of booking and would probably have led to us going somewhere else. The room was very warm as it was situated over the sauna and the air conditioning was only blowing warm air.We had the patio door open during our time in the room but that only gave us a lot of road noise. |

Location - an easy walk (in winter) to the city centre and to the alhambra for anybody of average fitness. It was nice to have a balcony to get the afternoon winter sun.It was well worth the price we paid and we did not get chance to use our free spa day. No public parking nearby ,you have no choice but to pay the 15 Euros a day for hotel parking. The restaurant on the 4th floor makes too much noise for the people below - Rooms 301 - 308 .There was also a strange drain type smell on the third floor. |

The room was excellent and the spa arrangement was very nice too. The swimmingpool outside was dirty. And the restaurant isn't good and yet expensive.. |

The spa was incredible. The customer service was great. Even though there was a language barrior they tried to help us with directions and information. They even made ticket reservations for us for the Alhambra. I would highly recommend. |

the beautiful spacious room and the very elegant decor being given a bill which was far in excess of the room rate we had booked - although this was amended. being told that the spa circuit booked was only for one visit only and not for each day booked |

Loved the spa. Food in Restaurant was nice. Very clean communal areas and good value for money. Difficult to find. Signs disappear. Beds too hard. Traffic noise so would benefit from double glazing |

Spa facilities were excellent. Very good value for money. Very bad smell coming from air conditioning, room 301. Staff seemed to be aware of it but not willing to compensate for inconvenience. A complimentary one night car park would have been nice. |

Reception politeness and promptness, fairly good facilities. Chamber girls very loud from the very morning. Behave as they pay to stay in hotel not vice versa. |

Recommended as a convenient overnight stay and place to spend the day before catching evening flight home. My room at the back had no view but this would only have been a problem on a longer stay. |

Located near the Alhambra. Price was reasonable and spa facilities were a perfect end to a day spent walking . Staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Had booked a two night stay inclusive of use of thermal spa facilities, this was questioned suspiciously when I asked to avail of the offer in the spa. No food / snacks available in cafe /bar area in early evening ( 6pm) and bar closed at 11pm. so no option to enjoy a drink in hotel ,nothing to do except go to room if you did not want to head towards the city. All in all I felt I was an inconvenience not a guest. As a solo traveller I would have liked a little atmosphere in the hotel. |

The rooms are spacious and clean. The included Spa Visit is a relaxing experience after a day full of walking. The walls could have been painted already. And do not agree to the "Flamenco" tour on the reception. It is purely horrible. |

el personal del hotel antipatico, cuando fuimos a desayunar nos dijeron que no lo teniamos contratado y lo tubieron que consultar, cosa que nos hizo pasar incomodidad, se tiene que pagar aparte el spa, que ademas es caro. |
