We had a quiet room in the back, however with no view. The take away vegie restaurant next door is great. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Easy to reach by public transport. The wifi service was not always good. Our room was above the kitchen or so and no fresh breeze came trough. Luckily we had airco! |

The hotel staff at reception was very polite and professional. Smoking is allowed in the hotel restaurant, a public place; this is not good. To many smokers in Spain. The furniture in hotel is very old |

At the reception we had to ask for a map, for the password for the wifi and for the hour of the breakfast. That information should be provided without having to been asked. On the other hand, we had to ask for another room because the one we had initially didn't have wifi. When we went to have breakfast they said we didn't have breakfast included (when we had it). |

Possibility of leaving luggage before leaving. Little smiling staff. A room with a view of a wall and thus no sun. Old- fashioned furniture of the room. Bad insulation of rooms. No sandbank hair. Just breakfast and the person who served it did not want to speak English. Hotel expensively for the services. |

The central location close to buses to Alhambra and restaurants. Clean basic rooms and helpful staff With no menu to choose from we ended up with dry toast each morning. This was boring. |

The location is very good. Staffs are very kind. The room is very clean and well-furnished. Breakfast is not a buffet style. And it is not enough. |

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from train station (approx 8euro taxi fare). The room was spacious with free access to safety deposit box. Free WiFi in rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located on a quiet street with beautiful views of a church and only 10 minutes walk from the lively streets with bars/restaraunts. The breakfast was not of a buffet style and basic but good quality. There is a supermarket 2mins from the hotel. there was a pluming problem in our bathroom that we were unaware of and only brought to our attention to advise that it'd be fixed for us immediately. I would definately reccommend a stay at this hotel. our room was placed between a very noisy family and were woken in the mornings because of their children - however that is of no fault of the hotel - they cannot control what your neighbouring guests are like. |

A great location, modern bathroom and air conditioning facilities in the room. Too poor breakfast - in a fact, just coffee, juice and a sandwich with only an olive oil and tomato sauce. I cannot understand why to write "breakfast is included" in this case. |

The desk staff was very helpful in setting up the room and answering our questions about the city. The rooms were small for our group, and what was included in the breakfast was not clear. |

Good value for the money. Good location and easy parking. (But all in all Granada is a terrible place to drive in - even with GPS) Hard pillow. Small breakfast. In our roum the internet was very hard to access. |

The staff helped us to call for a taxi or any other queries. Breakfast was just ok. A market very near, open until late. Very hard to find by car, we had to follow a taxi to find the hotel. Noise from outside especially late at night, no seats available at lobby. |

Good location, reception staff friendly, view of Los Jeronimos Monastery from our bedroom window, fairly cheap Bath re-enameled and enamel flaking off, air conditioning noisy and difficult to control, (even on lowest setting very fierce and could not be left on when out of the room), stair carpet falling apart, shower/bath mixer control lever sticks badly and not fixed when reported, room cramped - although others appeared better, breakfast poor, poor hot water flow to wash basin |

This charming hotel is situated in a pedestrianised square in the historical centre of Granada, opposite the cathedral and a short distance from public transport. |
This is a small and homely hotel, situated in the commercial and monumental heart of Granada. The establishment offers simple and comfortable rooms. |
Set on one of the main streets running through Granada’s city centre, this recently renovated hotel provides a base for you to visit sights such as the Alhambra and the Cathedral. |
Ideally located in the very heart of the enchanting city of Granada, within walking distance of the historical and cultural places of interest. |
