we stayed in the apartments which are well located The apartments were sparely furnished. It would be quite wrong to say four could sleep here as the description of the sofa bed as a bed is misleading. Sleeping on the floor would be better. It was not possible to prepare meals as the appropriate utensils were lacking |

The location was excellant, Receptionist very helpful & informative. Good size room. Another receptionist very unhelpful. Our room wasn't very cheery, bare walls and dim light but comfortable enough. |

Perfect location for all of Granada; central to the Albaicin, the Alhambra, the central shopping district, nightlife, the river and Granada´s other sites. The staff were easy going, helpful and pleasant. The room was well looked after and the decor was truly charming. We had a corner room on the SE corner, which was certainly the best in the house, 3 floor to ceiling french windows opening onto 3 balconies (with views in two different directions, including a view of the Alcazaba of the Alhambra). I can´t imagine having enjoyed anyplace more, and i highly recommend this hotel! The shower head was meant to be affixed to the wall, but the fixture was broken. |

We stayed at the apartments owned by the hotel. A very good location and quiet given we were in the centre of the City. Large Apartment with one double bed in bedroom and 2 sofa beds Accomadation was basic. Kitchen crockery was dirty. Only one blanket per person so we were cold. Reception staff spoke good English but were grumpy. |

Five minutes walk from the airport bus to this wonderful small hotel on the Plaza Nueva overlooked by the Alhambra. Minibus to Alhambra across the plaza. Plenty of eating options in the area. Easy walking distance to other sites and shopping. |

Great location - easy to find & reach (a couple minutes' walk after getting off the airport bus in front of the Cathedral) and central to sights, transport, shopping & dining. Very cheerful and helpful girl receptionist (who speaks excellent English by the way) much appreciated. Free WiFi in room would have been great, but having an off-line break wasn't too bad either; anyway, there's one internet station in the lobby free for the guests to use if needed. |

Location was excellent! Close to tapas bars and Alhambra. Fridge in room and good price. Only a minor point but room poorly lit. Did not spoil the holiday. |

The location of this hotel was wonderful. Walking distance to Alhambra, many restaurants and shopping. Noise! Our room was on the 2nd floor. The noise from the street below was unbearable and kept us up all night (literally from 2 am when we returned to the hotel until we finally gave up & got out of bed at 10am). Also we did not have hot water on our 2nd day. They tried to fix it without success so we had to take cold showers. |

the location is good the rooms are very small and the decoration is ugly, the lobby is not even a lobby, the city it self is nothing special. |

We walked the city, visited the Alhambra Palace and the old quarter, the Albycin. We ate well and shopped well! They could have been a little more pleased to see us at reception. |

The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent. Hotel staff was very nice. Our room was a bit noisy at night, but it was a trade off for the great location. |

Great choice if staying in Granada. Just a few minutes to all the main attractions. Very clean, comfortable and safe. Our room was in the back and we heard no noise. Great mattress (firm!). |

Conveniently sited for sightseeing and shopping, and a spacious room. No inhouse breakfast but plenty of places in the square to eat. A little noisy at night due to the location, but not excessive. |

Location is hard to beat; rooms were nice and clean; cute receptionist ;) Parking fills up early if you have car, so try to save yourself a spot, otherwise public garages are quite far away - after long night at bars, I slept through the breakfast |

We stayed one night. The hotel was clean and comfortable and it was close to the Alhambra (a short bus ride). Breakfast is not available at the hotel but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Air conditioning was quiet. Staff were friendly. |

Parking in Granada is a problem but when we arrived at the hotel a member of staff parked our car for us, an excellent service. |

We were staying at the apartments of the Hotel PLaza Nueva. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was roomy and clean. It would have been nice if there was an air condition in the main bed room (considering we stayed there in August). |

Located in Plaza Nueva, the most central and most exceptional spot, just below of the Alhambra, next to the river Darro and the Albaicín, the arab quarter that has been declared a World Heritage site... |
Recently renovated the historic building that is the home of the hotel Hesperia Granada, providing fantastic accommodation in the heart of the old town. |
Enjoy a comfortable accommodation, right at the business, commercial and monumental centre of Granada and close to the cathedral and the Capilla Real where the catholic monarchs are buried. |
Located in Granadas old town, this charming hotel has been lovingly refurbished from a beautiful, historical town house. |
