En conjunt m'ha agradat tot. El senyor José de la recepció era molt amable i servicial. L'hotel molt nou i amb tot tipus de detalls com ara l'aire acondicionat d'ultim model, dutxa d'hidromassatge. L'habitació molt ben insonoritzada. Hotel centric. |

El tracte dispensat pel personal de l'hotel, la seua amabilitat quant a facilitar informació i a la vegada la seua discreció. La decoració de l'habitació era molt acollidora, amb elements que recordaven l'Alhambra. |

Very friendly staff. Room was clean, modern and well equipped. Perfect for a city break. The only negative was that the room was a little on the small side - OK for single occupancy but would be too small for double. |

The staff were fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk could not have been more helpful. The central atrium room was lovely. The lcoation was very central. It would have been nice to have a hotel computer to use. There was free Wii Fi, but everyone using it seemd to havge their own lap tops. |

Would like to see parking mentioned in your booking.com system. Tried to email hotel to get confirmation of parking but no reply. However, underground parking was nearby in this case. If there hadn't been any off-road parking this would have been a problem. Did not reply to my email regarding secure parking. |

Good position, 5-10 minutes walking from the very center + We asked for a quiet room (not facing the street) and we had it + Clean + kind staff at the reception. We slept there twice. Both the first and the second time we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, but we had to wait 20-30 minutes in the reception hall before our room was ready (too much, in a town with so many things to see...). The first time we had a twin bed room altough I had booked a "matrimonial" room. |

Quality of the room and the bathroom. Space used very well for comfort and convenient. Room opens up onto a lovely spacious balcony. Also excellent service, warm, friendly, helpful but never intrusive. Good place to relax. |

very clean and comfortable, friendly staff and a great location. Plenty of places to have breakfast nearby if you don't fancy the hotel's own cafe/restaurant. Parking close to the hotel, although a little difficult to find (rhs, half way along Calle Nueva de la Virgen - take a map) |

Very nice and central laying hotel in the centre. You can do everything by foot (and busstop is at the front of the hotel). Very friendly staff, with good tips for sightseeing. Room at the frontsite not noisy at all (with windows closed) and with view. Parking in public parking area is expensive (€ 20,-), but what else can you expect from a hotel in the (shopping)centre? Hotel was not directed at de signs (or we didn't see it ...). |

The friendly, helpful nature of the manager. The convenience of the location for the sights of Granada. I would have liked hot drink-making facilities in the roomm particularly as the cafe/bar of the hotel was very smoky. Wi-fi good on the ground floor but not working in the room. |

Airport bus stops right ouside. Cafe attached. Walk to shops, bars cafes etc. Quiet clean room. Super shower. English speaking staff, very helpful. 24 hour access.Reasonable price. |
