Did not like the room allocated to us but maybe this was because I requested a smoking room.. It was on the top floor and overlooked roofs and back streets |

I didn't enjoy this hotel Rooms are very bad, don't have a window to the exterior, there is only a small window to an internal short squared area, it is very claustrophobic. I do not recommend this hotel. They didn't with my specific needs that I mentioned on the reservation. It was horrible staying there. |

The front desk was excellent, especially Laura on the evening shift. She had our room key ready for my wife and I before we had a chance to ask for it, and provided some really good tips for alternate breakfast options in short walking distances. |

I´d like very much the cleanness of the room, and silence, although it is located in the center of the city. I also liked the position of the hotel. The staff could have been more pleasant. |

Great location, near the cathedral and walking distance to Alhambra. The room was clean and breakfast was ok. Accessing via car was difficult and there is no parking at the hotel(pedestrian area only). Parking at 5 minutes walking - 24 euro. Beds were old. We receive an old room; we was too tired to try to make comments. |

The hotel is situated in the historical city center of Granada and all main tourist attractions as well as shops, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are bright and well equiped with desk, TV, wardrobe, air condition etc.. The hotel staff does not speak English very well. The rooms were satisfying, but not in an excellent condition. Because the hotel is located at a very busy place with restaurants, musicians etc. it gets quite noisy during the whole day and until late night. And it is really hard to find a free parking space nearby. There are public parking houses for about 18 Euros per day. |

The courtesy of the staff and the location close to the Alhambra. The pretty square had many reasonable restaurants and the proximity to bus routes was a bonus as it meant that a car was unnecessary.(for the author of review you could write west country traveller Uk !) |

The staff were excellent! They couldn't have been more helpful. The location was perfect; we enjoyed sitting in the plaza in the evenings...Hotel Los Tilos was close to everything we wanted to see in Granada. Our triple room perfectly suited our needs - it was certainly big enough for 3 and the bathroom was very nice. We appreciated all of the toiletries provided. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a lot of what is going on. This didn't bother us since we were on holiday, but for those traveling on business it may be an annoyance. |

My partner and I stayed at Los Tilos for 4 days, the hotel is at an excellent location, almost perfect. It's right in the heart of granada, very close to two major streets and bus stations, near all the shops, near alhambra, near the cathedral and you can walk from there to almost all the important sites. The price was very good for the options we had: elevator, clean room, ac, very fast WiFi, nice bathroom, locker, big wardrobe, soft towels... Generally I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for something that is cheap yet very good. We really enjoyed Los Tilos. I also recommend the terrace, very nice view. |

Within walking distance to the Al Hambra. Also in a busy plaza with many restaurants. Good value for the price. Accessing via car was difficult and there is no parking at the hotel. Beds were small and old. |

Located in the heart of the historic, touristic and commercial centre of the city. |
Recently renovated the historic building that is the home of the hotel Hesperia Granada, providing fantastic accommodation in the heart of the old town. |
Close to the centre of Granada, the hotel offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation in a convenient location within walking distance of the city’s attractions. |
Located in Plaza Nueva, the most central and most exceptional spot, just below of the Alhambra, next to the river Darro and the Albaicín, the arab quarter that has been declared a World Heritage site... |
