The room was comfortable and central to the city shopping area. Buses are located outside the hotel and can take u to the bus station and some sights. The big sights are further away (The Albahambra) but buses are available with a little walking but for those who like to explore the city by foot, it is definitely doable at this Hotel. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. The room i had was somewhere in the back corner of the hotel with several turns which i did not like. one of the front desk attendants in the morning was rude compared to others when i asked about directions to sights. |

nothing 1. Staff seemed unintrested in chiecking in. I needed to ask for an attention when the porter was playing some kind of computer game and was unhappy to attent. 2. I felt very unsafe. While chcking in (I was alone - girl in 20s) I was aproached by some other drunk people, stuff seemed not to react to the disturb. Then when in the roon I heard other drunk voices around and it made my night a nightmare. Couldn't sleep because of the noice and because I felt unsafe. |

Good location (although the city is small enough to offer good location almost everywhere - as everywhere is in 10-15 minutes walk distance). Competitive prices. Our room was extremely spacious (with unusual huge corridor as part of the accomodation) and having in mind all beds and sofabeds present it could easily sleep 7 instead of two. The standard is more like a youth hostel - but that is exactly what you would be expecting for a price like this. Major disadvantage - just one power socket in the wall 9another one in the bathroom). With all phone / laptop / camera chargers it was bit tricky... |

It was very very convenıently located a short bus rıde (No. 33 bus take you from the Alsa bus statıon and stops at a stop outsıde the hotel entrance). Just a few blocks away from the hotel the Alhambra bus takes you to Alhambra Palace all bus rıdes for 1.20 Euros. |

The hotel has a good location to central Granada. Breakfast is continental, and ok. Staff is not particularly helpful and not attentive to your needs at all. We booked a double room and was provided a twin, which for a couple is not what we wanted and they were not apologetic at all, simple expected us to accept the fact. They offered "to try to find" a double for us the following day, however as we only stayed for another night, we declined the offer. The room was poorly decorated, rather depressive as the furniture was quite worn out, although the bathroom was fairly spacious and clean. |

Excellent loclization, The bus to/from the bus station stops almost right in front of the hotel. There is no Clean. The room I had was silent but... ...the room didn't have a window (there was a window but in the bath)so it was rather dark, there was no air conditioning, fortunately the room was equipped in a fan. |

It's good value for money (clean, close to the center). There was lack of air conditioner and it was impossible to open window as there is very noisy street so it was stuffy in the room. It's suitable for one night only. |

I liked the location of the hotel, it is really very central. Yes, when we arrived the first day, the hotel staff gave us the worst room of the hotel. It was nothing like what I saw on the internet pictures, and the window was looking at a small dirty little area, which we can only see dirty white walls of some buildings. Later when my boyfriend, he is Spanish, wanted a better room and they gave us another room which was a lot better, with a nice little balcony and a street view. A lot, bigger, cleaner and much more comfortable. I think we they shouldn't have try to give us the worst room possible at the first place. I think they were trying to get rid of that room and we were the unlucky ones. However, when we asked for a change they kindly accepted to give us a better room. |

the best thing about this hotel is a perfect breakfast in the nearest 4star hotel. the rooms with the view to the patio were not cosy enough for me,but one of them had air konditioning, that is whay we stayed there. however I liked the room with the street view without air conditioning. make the rooms on the ground flor more cosy |

The hotel was convenient for us to expolore the heart of Granada. We stayed in two rooms that had 3 single beds in it which was perfect for our family of 6. The breakfast that was part of the room rate was excellent! Our 4 daughters loved the shopping and the tourist information was very close. The hotel was far from the bus station so the two taxis were expensive. |
