The Hotel is very conveniently situated in Granada. The Alhambra is walking distance and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. The twin beds in a room booked as a double were a disappointment. |

Very convenient location for sightseeing in Granada.Breakfast was excellent.We relaxed well in quiet and warm atmosphere of this hotel. |

The breakfast is great. It locates in Navas Street which got a lot of nice selections of local restaurant. The toilet did smell quite a bit. Room seemed to be a little less than what we expected for a 3 star hotel. |

We stayed at about 6 hotels in Spain and this one was my favorite. The dark haired female receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The hotel was small and homey. And they went out of their way to have breakfast ready for us on two mornings despite our very early departures. It's a great location for the major attractions. |

Love the look of the room. Very romantic but beware! The bed is 2 singles joined together. The reception staff is fantastic. The girl in Bob hair (did not get her name) She is very friendly and provided us with lots of information about city. |

The rooms was beautifully furnished in light, neutral colours with a high ceiling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about, was very satisfied. |

Service, design, hotel staff Parking tex (or s'thing like) that is close by the hotel but incredibly difficult to use: you need to access through a very narrow corridor with your car to go up and down with a very very high risk of hitting the car with walls and columns. Pretty incredible that the parking is allowed to have such facilities... Every car in the parking was having problems to go up or down. |

The Hotel is very sweet & nice, old style, old building, very pretty, but most of the rooms are not quite big... which doesnt bother us. It is located directly in a small narrow pretty, but touristic alley with a lot of bars, so there could be the usual vivid street-noise... which we appreciated much! Its located very central, and you can reach every point very comfortable. Maybe a little bit too expensive... |

The hotel is well located. The main sites (Alhambra) is a short bus ride away (don't try walking, save your energy for the tour). Restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. Street noise can be a problem so ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. This is a charming hotel in a safe area. Staff were very courteous and helpful. |

La ubicación es excelente, así como el ambiente que lo rodea. Se respira tranquilidad una vez entras por la puerta. El desayuno, completo y suficiente. Quizás el ruido, pero es inevitable por la ubicación que tiene. |

Prachtig gebouw op mooie locatie. Vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Met de auto is het wat moeilijk te bereiken, maar dat is te verwachten in een oude stad als Granada. |

L'emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville; la propreté de l'établissement. Les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes (bruit de la circulation de la rue) et le personnel peu accueillant; par ailleurs, le service de visite de l'Alhambra proposé par l'hôtel est pour le moins décevant. |

La ubicación es excelente, así como el trato del personal. El hotel tiene bastante encanto y es correcto en lo que se refiere a las instalaciones. La limpieza del cuarto de baño durante nuestra estancia no fué todo lo minuciosa que debiera haber sido. En algunas habitaciones (no en la nuestra, pero sí en la de nuestros amigos) se oye demasiado las habitaciones contiguas a través de los baños, aunque por lo visto es debido a las limitaciones que se imponen en las rehabilitaciones de este tipo de edificios. |

El personal es muy agradable y estuvo atento a todas nuestras demandas, de verdad, encantadores en recepción. El aroma, la decoración tan simple pero tan acogedora... Su situación es magnífica si se quiere disfrutar de lo mejor que da Granada ciudad. El desayuno es regular y las amenities son escasas. |

Zentrale Lage, Nettes Hotel könnte aber ein bißchen preiswerter sein. Bushaltestelle neben dem Hotel Zimmer neben Fahrstuhl gehabt, daher laut für meinen Geschmack. |

L'accueil du personnel- la situation géographique - le fait que l'hotel (un joli palais ancien) ait été rénové récemment : literie neuve, déco neuve et soignée. Peignoirs dans les salles de bain- coffre dans les chambres. L'hotel est dans une rue piétonne très sympathique et proche de tout mais du coup très animée et qui peut être un peu bruyante le soir. |

Mooi hotel en zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel aan de ontvangstbalie. Gezellige binnenplaats Het ontbijt is in de kelderverdieping. Via openstaande vensters komen de verbrandingsgassen van de talrijke scooters (op straat) binnen.Bij het binnegaan van kamer 21 krijg je indruk dat er wat ruikt... Het hotel is niet gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto |

La situación tan céntrica del hotel, en una calle con mucho ambiente llena de bares de tapas. La tranquilidad que tiene el hotel, la bonita decoración y la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante. Nos tocó en una habitación (25) en la que sonaba un fuerte zumbiado cada 5-10 minutos las 24 horas del día, suponemos que de algún generador situado justo encima de la habitación. Bastante molesto aunque como estábamos muy cansados dormimos sin problema. |
