Excellent location for the Alhambra and the old parts of Granada You need to park just off the ring road and then get a taxi which was about 7 Euros. |

Fascinating entrance atrium. Very Old World feel to the bedroom with quite colourful wall finishes, Entry to the hotel was by means of a buzzer at the front door which was strange & also uninviting. The bath in my room was not cleaned after the last occupant. There was no one to 'swipe' my credit card upon leaving except the Night Porter who could only write down my card details which could lead to problems with your transaction. |

Great location and very atmospheric. Great bathroom. Indifferent staff. Room was smaller than expected, and not well maintained. Fridge didn't work and consumables such as soap weren't replaced. Not very good value for money compared to others we stayed in. |

Had a noisy room facing the hotel patio. Very Spartan bathroom toileteries. Excelent location. No parking - pubñlic parking is too far if you have heavy luggage. |

The staff and the location The room was tiny and the bed was as hard as concrete - worst bed we have slept in during our comprehensive tour of spain and Morocco |

The location was great but we had a poky little room with armchairs whose upholstery is in need of renovation . The light in the bathroom was dim to the extent that I could not put on any makeup and there was no surface to put sponge bags on. Besides, I think that in its description there should be a mention that some of the steps are very high ,not suitable for elderly people. |

The view of the Alhambra is great but only if you have a room on the top floor This hotel was a real disappointment. The picture on your website of the large bedroom looks like the superior room when the superior room is very small (with an even smaller bathroom), though does has a great view of the Alhambra. This view comes at a steep price and that does not offer any value for money. I was very disappointed in this hotel as it looked tired and unworthy of it's 3 stars or its extortionate price. |

Excellent location right in the heart of Granada's old quarter. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful old-town 'palacio' building. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect base for exploring Granada and it's attractions. |

We were very happy with the hotel's proximity to the Alhambra and the centre but the fact that it was down a quiet back street so we could get a good night's sleep. The reception was lovely and the staff delightful. We would have appreciated a kettle in the room. |

I was only staying one night as a solo traveller, but found the staff very helpful and the hotel itself delightful and most interesting as a restored former palacio. It was in a very quiet location, but only a few minutes walk to the bus to the Alhambra and to lots of restaurants and bars. Very atmospheric. |

Palacio De Santa Ines is a tradional old Spanish house situated right in the heart of old Granada ,the location is just off the main streets that ensures it is quiet ,the ambience was perfect and the staff were extremly helpful . I would take the hotels advice and park in the public car park and walk the short distance to the hotel . If you are going to the Alhambra then Palacio De Santa Ines is the perfect choice |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior and original frescoes on walls. Location was fascinating but not near entrance to Alhambra like I had imagined. You can see it up the steep hillside, Very difficult to access. No parking nearby had to walk several blocks with luggage and park our rented car far from hotel. Bed very stiff. |

The building was beautiful and location excellent. The rooom smelled of sewage and the air conditioning unit didnt work properly, so we asked for a fan which was provided. |

Location was ideal tucked away in the old city. We especially loved the decor in the lobby. Staff was very helpful with great recommendations for hidden eating places. Breakfast was a great spread, but there was lack of clarity about its price. We thought it was included. |

The building is most attractive, even charismatic. The location is superb, close to the Al Hambra, and close to the city centre but quiet at night. The beds were uncomfortable but the main criticism has to be the bathroom which was overdue a major refurbishment. The bidet was cracked, the seals round the bath were blackened, the door scraped the floor so badly it would hardly close. The basin outlet was slightly above the level of the bottom of the basin so it was impossible to drain it completely - very unhygienic. |

Location, ambience, room, breakfast, staff were all excellent. I'd like to know who St. Ines was, but I'll find out on Google. Lovely place, we liked it. |
