Good location (right in the middle of the city, a bus ride from the bus station and the airport, 15 minutes walk to Alhambra, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel), friendly and helpful English-speaking stuff, rooms are not very big but comfortable and clean |

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness high. Room rather cramped with no view outside of the window making it feel claustrophobic. |

The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and all the sights in Granada. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well done. The continental breakfast was filling enough: toast, pastries, etc. It was a very good value for the money. There were no elevators so you had to lug up your own luggage...a bit tough after a long trip. Otherwise, we liked everything. |

The price of the room. No elevator!!! I had to carry my bags (and my girlfriend's) all the way to the first floor I can't see how somebody in a wheelchair could even enter the hotel, because there are other stairs at the entrance and no ramp. No ventilation in the bathroom and, as a consequence, a horrible smell. Also, they use some cleaning products with another persistent smell. |

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke some English They increased the agreed price for parking by 4.5 Euros per day as they said the hotel had changed hands. We had no choice but to pay up. |

Nice clean Hotel, the beds were really comfortable and the staff very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The location is excellent as all the sights of Granada are within walking distance. Good, secure car parking facility. Free internet access in Reception. Only one criticism - I've stayed at many hotels across Europe and the usa and the Presidente Hotel offered the poorest breakfast selection i've ever experienced. Only bread, jam & concentrated orange juice - no cereal, no hot food, no fruit, cheese or cold meats and could not even get a decent cup of tea! (Only herbal). After our first morning we had no choice but to use a nearby Cafe. |

The girl from the help desk was very helpful When we booked this hotel, under comments we requested a double bed and a parking spot. When we arrived this requests were not available because the information sent from Booking to the hotel sis not include out requests. |

Staff was extremely helpful. Location was quite convinient since we arrived by car and needed a parking facility. Rooms are really tiny, there is no elevator, quite a nuisance if you have a baby pushchair. |

Set on one of the main streets running through Granada’s city centre, this recently renovated hotel provides a base for you to visit sights such as the Alhambra and the Cathedral. |
Located in Plaza Nueva, the most central and most exceptional spot, just below of the Alhambra, next to the river Darro and the Albaicín, the arab quarter that has been declared a World Heritage site... |
Newly built hotel located in the magnificent heart of Granada. Pretty hotel, offering a modern design with minimalist trends, especially designed for both business and cultural tourism. Cosy rooms. |
Close to the centre of Granada, the hotel offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation in a convenient location within walking distance of the city’s attractions. |
