Das Personal war in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfreich. Der Zugang zum Internet stand immer zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer waren gut isoliert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar sehr umfangreich, als "Müesliesserin" hätte ich mir zwar mehr gesundes "Müesli" gewünscht. |

This was a return visit to Puerta, and as ever the staff were first class. There was a welcome note & gift in the room, thanking us for returning, this time with our friends. A great little hotel, in a great central, but quiet location. The rooms are small, but are modern with all facilities, and amazing value, it really doesn't matter! |

1. Wonderful location for visiting the Alhambra, Sacramonte, old city, etc., etc. We walked everywhere 2. Front-desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, and their English is excellent. Carmen is a gem! 3. Room, although small, was immaculate and shower was excellent.4. The email communications from the hotel before our visit were excellent! I especially appreciated the hotel's offer to make our reservations to visit the Alhambra. That was very, very helpful to us. All in all, we were delighted with our stay. 1. Towels were never changed over the four nights of our stay. 2. Only six TV channels, and three of them (# 3,4,and 5) were identical! Should have one English-language channel, e.g. CNN. 3. Sliding doors in shower need repair . |

The staff were brilliant. Very helpful and informative and could speak English well- good since our Spanish is very basic. The room was very small. We could have had another bed for our 7 yr old but don't really know where it would have gone. There were also some problems with the lock but staff did try to rectify this as soon as possible. |

The Hotel Puerta de las Granadas is the best 3-Star hotel we have ever stayed at. It is located very close to the Alhambra, maybe a 15 minute walk. However, don´t be fooled by the nearness, it is straight up. Our room was clean, efficient, and small to medium in size. The price was extremely reasonable, but we are told it varies with demand. The best features of the Hotel were the very helpful staff, all speak English, and the Internet availability. The Hotel has a wireless network, in addition to, two machines in a public area. The attractive, continental breakfast was fresh, not elaborate nor sparse. We walked from the train station to the Hotel in about 30+ minutes. I would not recommend this hotel if one had a car because parking is remote and the streets are one-way and narrow near it. Finally, we are an over 60+ years of age, married couple from the USA. |

the hotel has a nice view of alhambra, from certain rooms. the hotel is quite close to alhambra. the rooms are very small, and the access to the hotel is very difficult as you cannot rich it by car (a parking place is a good walk away). |

The staff was fantastic (and spoke English), the location couldn't be better. The rooms were small but good value. Even the gift shop is great and reasonably priced. The outside terrace on floor 2 can be a little loud on weekends, but it wasn't a problem. |

Very helpful staff and good service in a convenient location near historic centre, restaurants and the main Granada's attractions. The description of the rooms could be better. I stayed in a room which was very small (with a window at the top). Apart from that, not that bad, but if I had had more information about the room maybe I would have chosen another hotel. |

The location of this hotel is terrific - still in town but on the access road to the Alhambra - about a 15 minute walk. The staff was friendly and so helpful in orienting us to places to eat, see, enjoy. Also great tips on seeing the Alhambra. The rooms were clean and comfortable. |

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The position was great for visiting the Alhambra it was less than 15mins walk (uphill). It was also easy to walk to the main part of town and to Albayzin area. |

The hotel was located close to the main attractions and city communication; there was a complementary cofe and tea available every morning. The staff was very accomodating and speaking English very well. The bathroom was inconvenient and messy with the spen shower and sewer opening right in the middle of the room - smelly at times. |
