very polite staff. Due to a lot of road works currently in Granada, Hotel parking was excellent. |

We always stay at Hotel Rallye as it is an easy walk from the Cathedral and city centre without being too noisy, although the new Metropole works do not enhance the ambience ! |

Very sparce hotel, the facilities eg bar restaurant non existant, the reception area very unwelcoming. Also a long way out of the city centre with loads of road works at the moment. |

Hotel was close to centre and the parking was very good although we had to pay a daily rate to park. No cafe or bar was open in the evening around 10pm. |

The hotel is located close to all the main attractions in Granada except the Alhambra. I enjoy the room, very clean, and the breakfast was great. Great value for money. The staff was friendly, but we just stay there for 1 night. The hotel should allow parking reservations. |

The staff does not accept you split the payment of the room. If you are travelling with friends, either you need to put everything on only one credit card or you need to pay cash!!! |

Access to the city sights - although not exactly in the centre, helpful staff gave us good information about taxis etc - on site parking excellent.. The "hot" part of the breakfast options was cold and the pastries appeared stale - not a good look for a hotel of this standard. |

Nice comfortable hotel - room was a very good size. Clean and modern. Was a little further from the tourist centre than expected but still walkable. |

Noise from other rooms and from the cleaners. There is no difference between smoking and non-smoking rooms. |

The hotel was well situated for centre city activity including the tour bus route and access to major routes to other destinations. Could have provided greater selection of hot food for breakfast. No tissues in bedroom which is unusual. |

Nothing in particular, maybe its central position in town which, however, is in this case not an advantage since all the sights are quite a long way off. The absence of a swimming pool. |

staff were pleasant and the hotel was well located communication difficulties, staff did not understand our Spanish ( which was not very good) and they could not understand English. Therefore we did not get the service we asked for. I had also asked for a car space and whilst the reservation stated that car space was available, this was not the case and I had to park elsewhere. ( it was made available later on for which I am grateful). |

Location. I walk with a limp, but was able to walk to all parts of the tourist sections. I could easily get on the bus to get up to the Alhambra. It is well placed with several "Tapas Bars" nearby of high quality. No. I did not eat there, just slept and left for the day. The room was clean and fresh. No view from the window, but it was not why I booked it anyways. |
