It was my first visit to Granada and the hotel staff were very friendly and gave me every assistance that was possible. |

It was very well located fo trips to city and the sights in Granada It was dufficult to access by car. Parking was available but a rather adventurous trip into the depths of the underground car park. |

Very central - ideally situated, close to all amenities and sights. Helpful staff. Didn't eat there, so can't comment on the food, but the restaurant looked spotless and had attractive decor. Rather noisy outside the hotel early in the morning and late at night: refuse lorries at 1am; youths kicking footballs against the walls at the weekend. |

Location. Typical Andalucian hotel. Very helpful staff. Tours arranged by the hotel were very well organised. No parking although there was a 24 hrs parking around the corner. Also a little noisy at night. |

In the city center very close to the Cathedral ( walk 5 minutes) I asked for a quiet room but actually my room was facing the street and it was very nosiy during the night( partly due to the Holy week). The room was too small and there is even no chair in my room. |

Great location. Parking was available. Was disappointed that although CNN International was listed on the TV guide it wasn't available. During this election year, I was hoping to get a little information from this channel (in English) about events in the USA. |

La tranquilidad que se respira dentro del mismo y el poco o casi ningún ruído del exterior hace de este hotel un espacio muy agradable. El aseo no se corresponde con el de las fotografías pero, aún siendo antiguo, estaba limpio. |

La habitación era cómoda y muy amplia. El hall es precioso, con sabor local. Lo mejor de todo, la cafetería del hotel, El Rincón de Lorca, con unos desayunos y platos combinados deliciosos. El confort depende de la habitación que te toque. En mi estancia anterior la habitación era muy pequeña. Pero aún así he repetido y repetiré. Merece la pena. |

En la recepción del hotel procuraron, a mi solo pedido, darnos de inmediato una habitación con baño mas grande, con mucha amabilidad.La ubicación es muy buena pues es céntrica. |
