Front desk people nice and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. The location is not far from sites and shopping. Free wifi . Breakfast included in price. The lighting in the room is too dark. The neighbor hood that hotel is located is safe, but a bit dingy. |

The rooms were great, the staff was so nice and helpful and the location was perfect! The best investment you will ever make on your next trip to Spain : ear plugs! The walls were thin in every hotel we stayed throughout our trip in Andalusia and Granada especially loves to party! |

We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room/suite and it was fantastic! The design of the hotel was great (highlight of our trip), staff were very friendly and attentive and the breakfast included in the rate was so convenient! I would definitely stay there again. |

This hotel has the most excellent breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. The street in front of the hotel is a little noisy. |

Very kind staff. Single room where I was staying was very small. Other (2 pers.) room had no window on the streets, which made it (for my parents) slightly claustrophobic and too hot. |

We had a fantastic stay at Room Mate Shalma - the staff were fantastic and knowledgeable about everything, they even made us a restaurant reservation at a recommended place and prepared us takeaway breakfast on the day of our departure. Not only that, we were upgraded for free and it is a great location. Definitely would stay again - for the price, we thought it was a bargain. |

Staff was VERY helpful - when we checked in our "non smoking" room was filled with the smell of smoke - they gave us a new room - which was actually bigger and more comfortable. The bed was big and comfortable, the crib was is good repair, good soundproofing, & the included buffet was excellent. For those with young children: there's a playground a few blocks away at Campo Principe |

We had a duplex suite for only one day. There are small stores and nice restaurants around the hotel,and really enjoyed. Breakfast is o.k. 5minites walk to city center. We had a good time. |

Excellent hotel in a great price as well. We stayed in 7 different hotels in Spain and Room Mate Shalma was by far the best of all! Excellent location (between the city centre and the Alhambra), fantastic design. The breakfast is of high quality and is served in a compact yet great area. I would suggest you to park your car in the parking located 30m away from the hotel for 15 euros, since Granada has a very few free parking spaces available. Both receptionists (a young man and a young lady) were very helpful and kind towards giving us directions and advice on Granada |

Great design features and colour combinations. Big bed and loved the look of room. Decent shower. Great touches like weather forecast on card left on bed for next day. Air con already on on arrival in room with tasty granny smith apples to eat. Safe in room with personal code. Nice quality toiletries Window onto inside atrium so needed to keep curtains closed for privacy so no fresh air possible. Lighting in breakfast room terrible with strip lighting |
