Location was great and although its in need of some renovation/re-decoration, its still great value for money The parking! the hotel car park works as a public one and gives no discount for hotel users. Parking in Granada is complicated so prepare to spend 18€ a day to get it in one of the undergroung car parks nearby. |

Staff friendly and decent breakfast Not worth the price. It is not a 4* Hotel. Couldn't even provide and iron and ironing board. |

This hotel has seen better days but it still represents good value. It's near downtown and shopping. We walked to the Alhambra and there's lots of sights on the way. Nothing really when you take into consideration that it's basically an older hotel that's fairly cheap. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good english. Went out of their way to please. The view from the upper balcony is stunning Slightly in need of upgrading of the decor. Cracks in the walls around the doors, tiles in the bathroom that needed a good scrub of the grouting. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The centre was a ten-minute walk from the hotel. This was definitely not a four-star hotel. Everything was past its best and needed refurbishing. |

Very nice and clean hotel with big rooms and spacious bathrooms. The double door in the room helped to keep it quiet. Mini bar was convenient to keep some our stuff refrigerated. The safe box was helpful, too. Front desk people spoke good English and answered all our questions. The location is not very central, but you can get there easily on foot. We got a good deal – room and free parking just for 55 euro and it was totally worse it. I would recommend this hotel |

No problems with parking space, despite the hotel just uses public parking garage. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean and well equipped. |

roof-top terrace. Long views from our room. Difficult to find once we got off the bus in Granada from the airport. Hotel was quite a walk from the centre. |

Mainly good location for Granada sightseeing and Alhambra. You can book a room with parking included which saves few euros when travelling by car. |

Well located with adjacent parking. Luis on the front desk was particularly helpful, especially with arranging an Alhambra tour. Pool was really a "plunge". |

The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the main centre but it's not a hassle. The rooms are fine with a separate door to the bathroom area which meant you couldn't hear noise from the corridor. The view of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada mountains was a bonus and the room had everything you needed and lovely air con! We could hear the bathroom of our neighbours as though it were our own. Nothing a good pair of earplus doesn't fix though! |

Situated in the heart of the city and hence close to shops, restaurants and many monuments The bathroom needs updating, a very small shower cubicle with an inadequate curtain, For a family of three, need more coat hangers than 8 in total. |

Location was excellent for city and the sierra Nevada mountain roof top restaurant food was very good with magnificent views of the city and mountains.Breakfast food was plentiful of good quality and varied. Hotel looked some what tired and in need of a make over. Lounge bar was advertised as being open from 0800 to 2400 which never seamed to happen. Lack of Local information. |

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly The hotel swimming pool hadn't yet opened for the summer - despite it being mid-June. We felt that they should have been more clear about this on their website, as the swimming pool was the primary reason we chose this hotel over others nearer the centre. However they did agree to reduce our total bill by 20EUR, which was appreciated. |
