A peaceful gem of a hotel with exquisite furnishings and textiles, an excellent bed and an English-speaking receptionist for those who don't speak Spanish. The breakfast was quite simply the best I have ever eaten in a hotel: home-made preserves and fruit salad with plenty of choice from savoury to sweet. The owners are charming and helpful; the map of Granada provided by reception was explained fully. The garage next door was very convenient for parking our car: it is essential to print off the driving map provided on the hotel's website and to follow it to the letter. It is perfectly located for visiting the Albaicín and the Alhambra, as well as the shopping area. There is a bus stop outside the door for those who prefer not to walk. |

Hotel staffs are very very nice, they contacted me and sent many useful information to me before I go to Granada. Hotel design and decoration are very nice also. Nearly impossible to drive there by GPS. A local Spanish man go into my car and guide me how to go at last. |

Charming and atmospheric room with splendid views of The Alhambra, amazing at sunset.Great location with off street parking. The local bus stops at the front door. Close to local restaurants and cafes in the old Arab Quarter. Unfortunately. for the price of the room we found the inclusive breakfast quite limited in choice and content. |

Beautifully restored 16 century house with rooms overlooking inner courtyard. Furniture and fittings reflect traditional Andalucian styles with rich tapestries and rugs and terracotta tiling. Much care and attention has gone into making the hotel a very special place to stay. |

Delightful small luxury hotel situated in a quiet location high up on the hill in the old Albaicin quarter with Alhambra Palace views. Very helpful staff (English spoken). Secure parking. Good restaurants nearby. About 10 minutes walk to main tourist areas and another 15 up to the palace entrance. Regular bus service outside for the less fit. |

A delightful experience staying in this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast. The little extra touches in the lounge area (fruit, sweets, liqueur and laptop,) make guests feel welcome and lead to a pleasant atmosphere. A lovely location. The hotel is difficult to locate when you first arrive as the Albaicin area is a maze of small cobbled streets. The taxi found it but it would be useful for guests to know that the little tourist bus number 31 runs back and forth every 6-7 minutes from right outside the hotel into Granada town. |

It was a real pleasure staying at Santa Isabel La Real and we had fantastic views from our room on the mountains and the Alhambra. With the directions of the hotel that they mailed prior to our visit, I found it easy to find. |

It was a delightful small guest house with friendly staff, comfortable rooms (although could have done with more light to read by!). Breakfasts very good and plentiful. Location good for views of the Alhambra but we found the streets a bit deserted when we were there at the end of October. The area is slightly edgy and wouldn't want to walk around alone at night! |

What a delightful stay. This hotel is run by a family who takes great care and pride in what they do.They simply could not have been more accomodating. The hotel is on the hill of the Albaycin district which has very tight streets and is best conquered by foot.Hotel has parking. There is a square just down from the hotel where most of the locals hang out, and where you get the bus to town. My 7 yr old made friends there and played with them every night, which made us feel integrated into the neighborhood. There are 4 restaurants on this square. Views of the Alhambra from rooms 8&11 where we stayed. Nice breakfast every morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel!! Getting there is challenging since one of the streets to get there is closed. We were sent a more detailed map of how to get there, but unfortunately, we had already left for Spain-be sure to bring this! |

Nice atmosphere and room, good service and breakfast, bus to Alhambra stops next to hotel. Not easy to find with car with all the construction work in Granada. The hotel now put a route on their website but it was not there when we booked so we had trouble to find it and coudn't get in by car, |

Lovely hotel, moorish design, good-sized room (double-superior) & bathroom, Excellent location in the Albaicin district, great views from Albacin over to the Alhambra, espacially at night when it's lit up. Close to Sacromonte district, for a tour of the gitano cave houses. Plenty of eateries close to hotel, Placeta San Miguel Baja almost on doorstep of hotel - good Argentinian restaurant there, and a few good tapas bars (e.g. El Yunque, Rincon Aurora). Other restaurants/tapas bars in Albaicin close by. Only 5 min walk to city centre for more fab tapas bars and sightseeing. |

An elegant and characterful small hotel in the middle of the historic area of the Albaicin. Unfortunately, hotel instructions for access to hotel are not adequate - many get lost in central Granada whilst trying! No air conditioning on Sept 23 - they say it's winter, so only heating possible. Reception not very welcoming. |

An original Moorish house faithfully renovated in the style of the 16C - with interior courtyard and galleries, antique furnishings and artisan wall hangings; very comfortable and roomy beds - and excellent bathrooms. Beautiful squares and good restaurants only steps away - and a 5 minute walk to Granada's best panoramic view of the Alhambra. A friendly and courteous family run hotel providing personalised advice and assistance to ensure maximum enjoyment and efficiency of individual itineraries. Secure, interior carparking 10 metres away. Good breakfasts with relaxed timescales. Very quiet. We were aware before booking that some rooms had windows only into the very pretty - open to the sky - interior courtyard and galleries of the hotel (a traditional feature of Moorish houses/architecture) and we were happy with our lovely interior view in this respect. If an exterior view would be important to visitors, it would be advisable to explore/request this before confirming booking. |

Come and enjoy the Moorish splendour of the Alhambra – one of Europe’s most remarkable buildings – from this hotel, set right outside the ancient walls of the palace itself. |
This smart and elegant hotel is located next to the congress palace, just a short walk from Granada's old quarter. It boasts traditional-style, luxurious gardens, where you can relax in the afternoon. |
Hotel Alixares is located in front of the Alhambra, one of the most beautiful monuments all over the World. Fifteen minutes walking from the historical center of Granada. |
This stylish, contemporary 4-star hotel offers chic, comfortable accommodation with modern comforts and facilities in a convenient location, with great access by road and by bus to the surrounding... |
