The room was very clean and the personal very kind. The hotel is located very near to the city centre. There is enough parking space outside the hotel, so you don't need to pay the huge amount for the hotel parking. The Hotel is not really a Spa Hotel. The first use of the pool and sauna is for free, but you have to pay for every additional visit 18€ per person...The pool is small and not very clean. The hotel parking is very expensive. |

The location, helpfulness of the staff, the free mini bar and safe facilities and the spa. No,although I thought it might be a good idea to include the use of the spa in the hotel booking ( had to pay separately). |

Tha staff was kind, helpful and friendly Its location is not ideal: a bit far from the town centre. The information given about spa facilities is somewhat misleading as there is no indication that there will be extra charges to use them and besides charges are quite high. Furthermore they are unavailable on Sunday afternoons and Mondays. |

The Hotel was clean and tidy and located within walking distance of the centre of Granada. Parking if you have a hire car is expensive. better to find a space in the side streets. |

The spa was excellent (albeit quite expensive). the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bar meals were expensive and not particularly high quality, and the bar was very cold and without character. |

The location, buffet, staff, bar and the general inner design. The doors of the rooms, all of which face a common and echoing covered court space, should perhaps be made less easy to slam noisily. |

the car parking 1. Poor breakfast for the price you pay. 2. the room was clean after we ask at 16.30. 3. poor mantention of the electrical parts at the hotel. 4. we stayed three nights and they did not change the sheets at all. 5. the solid soap for hands was not replace at all. Conclusion: this hotel is expensive for what it gives and we are not sure that it can be classified as a 4 star hotel. |

This smart and elegant hotel is located next to the congress palace, just a short walk from Granada's old quarter. It boasts traditional-style, luxurious gardens, where you can relax in the afternoon. |
This new, contemporary-styled hotel offers its own spa centre and other modern features, and is located just a short drive from Granadas monumental city centre. |
Situated in the centre of Granada, this establishment is housed in a large building of natural stone construction. |
Come and enjoy the Moorish splendour of the Alhambra – one of Europe’s most remarkable buildings – from this hotel, set right outside the ancient walls of the palace itself. |
