We drove from Toledo to Granada and had a GPS but finding the hotel was a challenge. We liked the Moorish style of the hotel and had adjoining rooms for a family of 4. The online tickets to the Alhambra were sold out and we were worried that we were going to miss the Alhambra but on checking in, the hotel staff was able to help me buy 4 tickets for the next day, Parking is at the basement and the space is tight. Buffet breakfast was OK. We love the location as it is a short walk to the catedral and Albayzin. Also across from the hotel is a small eatery where we had tapas for a reasonable price. Our room were located on the 2nd floor facing the main street, it was busy and noisy but we love it for a change. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly The room condition was terrible. Air conditioning did not work. Room was >30C at night. Mini bar did not cool beverages and interior had water on bottom such that cans rusted. Clearly not a 4 star hotel by any objective standard |

Location was perfect, on a main street right by corte ingles (dept store) and walking distance from Alhambra etc. Clean and great service from staff. Close to airport bus stop and restaurants too. |

Breakfast was excelent, anything you could ask for. The lobby is beautiful and traditionally decorated. The location is one of the finest in Granada. This hotel is in really bad need of complete refurbishment - all furniture should be replaced; bathrooms are antique and also quite small. |

Hotel location is not bad, close to center and near by a lot of shops. Also close to bus stop and department store. Room is clean and well designed. For the price we paid (60euro) is very nice choice. |

Our stay at the Tryp Albayzin was a pleasure from checking in to checking out. The breakfast was exeptional and well worth the extra cost. The hotel is well located for the main places of interest in Granada. |

Excellent location, cleanliness and kindness. You can hear every noise from the corridor and the bells of the church beside the hotel doesn't let you sleep from 9:00 AM. |

I liked the location, the quality of the room and bed, the excellent breakfast, the availability of a parking place (with valet parking service). Parking cost 16 Euros/day, which wasn't clear to me when I booked - maybe my fault, but I didn't find it obvious from information advertised. Works as valet parking, which is convenient but left a small scratch (fortunately the car hire company didn't mind) - so do check your car before and after you hand over the keys. |

I liked the fact that it was an special offer, so I didn't pay a lot, and the hotel was very clean and in a very good location. (I am not sure I would have paid the full price for it, but for what I paid it was excellent) The room was a little dark, it needs more light, even if it is artificial light. |

visit the Alambra, Generalife, Albaicin, Sacromonte, tapas, flamenco at the Pena Plateria, shopping, etc. Your parking is difficult to use and very expensive!!! You feel like the Hotel wants to get from you the money they do not make with the deal on the room!!! |

The ambience of the hotel, it's location within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and - from our point of view, the availability of secure covered parking facilites on site (at a cost) The main problem was that the air conditioning was not running and as the weather was quite warm it would have made sleeping easier. (Our room was overlooking the road and it was too noisy to have the window open) Also, the evening menu in the restaurant was rather limited and did not change during th time that were there |
