Excellent location in the city! Loved & recommend using the parking garage (no on street parking there for blocks). Staff were super friendly & gave us great tips about touring the city & recommended a great resturant. Our room was very warm. |

Staff was very polite and nice, did their best to speak English. Parking is ok. The main problem is the rule of air-conditioning: on October 30th (outside temp was plus 28 c that day - about 20 c in the night) we were told that “nights are cold in Granada in the end of October, hence no air-conditioning is available - only heating”. Just ventilation is not possible as well. Our window went to the inner yard, as well as from many other rooms. We heard everything: cough, multiple discussions in a loud voice, window opening/closure and the worst is curtain opening/closure. Somebody’s bath is heard as if it is in your own room. We hardly slept more than 3-4 hours that night. |

The warm, well-mannered reception from staff. Excellent central location with easy access to places of outstanding historic interest + shopping + many first-rate tapas bars. The air-conditioning system did not work well in our room. I'm sure, had it been a troublesome issue, the problem would have been rectified. We were housed immediately below the restaurant floor which was noisy at times. |

Friendly staff, clean room well insulated against noise, comfortable bed, effective bathroom facility, multi channel tv, roof top cafe/bar at reasonable prices, central location. What was there not to like? |

Central location and easy access to sites and good choice of restaurants and bars a stone throw away. The view from the bar made up for basic facilities as you could see the Al Hambra thru the roof tops. Single room was pretty drab. |

Hotel was ideally situated for sightseeing and shopping in the city. The hotel was in easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Free internet was a great asset. Our room on the 5th floor was a little noisy due to cafe/restaurant on the 6th floor. |

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. They even stored our luggages for us past our check out time. They also confirmed our tour reservation for the Alhambra and where we can go to be picked up. The other thing I liked most is that the hotel is right in the shopping district, with a lot of good places to eat nearby. They were excellent. |

Very nice and helpful staff, easily available parking space in a centre of crowded city (although not cheap), free internet access (wifi). Room with main street window was very noisy (and we stayed on a Saturday night). |

we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was very centrally placed and a good base for our stay in Granada with good parking facilities and pleasant helpful staff. the noise from the other rooms caused us to wake up a few times but this is what it is, a city center hotel - perfect for a few nights wouldn't use for a longer stay. |

Location, good value for money The cleaning lady was very unfriendly, very noisy: she was moving all the beds/chairs of the other rooms without taking care of the people still sleeping at 8am |

Great location, only a short walk to the plaza's, cafes etc. Great little cafe on the top floor, very convenient car parking. It is on a main road, so can be quite noisy in the mornings. |

The hotel is very central, close to shops. Alhambra is only a few minutes away, on bus. The single room was on the small side (although when I moved into a double room when partner came, this was much bigger). |
