The 16th century design was superb but combined well with modern comfort in rooms. |

Looks like a medieval inn inside, and that`s what it`s good for - right place to stay if you came to see Alhambra:) You can see it from the window (but not of the room we stayed in). The more strange was to find the lift there, that took us to our forth floor. If you travel by car it could be not easy to find the hotel - we almost got out of mind driving all around narrow one-way streets with no left turns somewhwere close to it. Go to the Cathedral (Carerra San Juan de Dios), to San Rafael Parking (there are a nomber of signs, directing to it), and leave your car there. It will be much easier to reach the hotel by foots (about 10 minutes walk) The tv was dead. But we did not care about that true to say. |

It was an interesting experience. It's not a standard hotel room, the size was nice, but objects were kind of old, if you like this kind of experience, the location was very good with beautiful view of the Alhambra and interesting view from the window overall. Air-conditioner was placed right over the bed, so we couldn't use it, because it was too cold, as a result we couldn't close windows and we heard all kind of bar-related noise that lasted up to 4 A.M. |

excellent location and very nice staff. Nicely furnished and good bathrooms. Comfortable ambience and decor. the ground floor room was very noisy. Could do with some double glazing to cut down street noise. |

there wasa very calm, friendly atmosphere, with a real sense of historical surroundings. It was very convenient for the city centre. The next door room was only separated by a door, so not sound proof. |

A very beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had plenty of character which is what made it memorable and I would definately visit Granada again and stay at the Zaguan. |

This is a very clean, quiet and friendly/helpful hotel. It is located very near the Plaza Nueva and Albyacin. There is a little noise from ajoining rooms during the day, but it is very quiet most of the time. It is a very old and historic building. Nothing. I would stay there again. |

The interior design was very good and the location was great. The room key combined with a power card was not good as the room went dark and did not allow any time to see where the door lock was to unlock....irratating! |

la posizione , the location this hotel is just for the smoker people! We selected a no smoking room, our room smelled so much of cigarette that we couldn't sleep. the room was very small with a very small double bed .The room was full of the ants !!! and very noisy . I really wonder how can it be a 3 stars hotel! |
