Hotel design is very cool/contemporary. On arrival we were given complementary bottled water & chocolates. Staff were very helpful. Location quite a walk from the beach but is in a nice area with lots of great restaurants/tapas bars. The gym was a very small room with 2 machines & the rooftop pool was also very small, but we did not choose the hotel for these features. |

The quality of he room and the hotel staff which was very helpful. We book a suite and the swimming pool was very small. Only 1.25 meter large. The view from the terrace was extremely awful and we could only see dilapidated buildings around us. We had a swimming pool which was supposed to be semi private for the residents of the suites but everybody staying in the hotel could see us. |

Good location. Nice area with funny restaurants.Lovely hotel decoration and sun terace. Several calls to the reception without answer. |

The style of the Hotel.The location.The hotel staff is very kind and helpfull I didn´t like the noise near the hotel.They have to do something, perhaps somethig with the windows.It´s very inconvenient when we need to sleep and we can´t. |

The location was great, close to the center but on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However there was very limited provision of international newspapers (one copy per paper) and no smart car as advertised. The location is excellent. It's relatively far from the touristic center of the town (Pl. Catalunya and La Rambla), but then you'd want to stay at a hotel away from that madness anyway. There are some really nice restaurants close by, and a major subway station is only two blocks away. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room design is pretty cool too. The only negative aspect I read in previous guests' reviews was the noise level inside the hotel. I thought they were exagerrating, but it's true. I could hear any noise outside my room so clearly that at one point I thought the cleaning leady was actually inside my room speaking to me. There is no sort of sound proofing in the rooms. |

The staff were really helpful and kind, maid service was excellent, food at the restaurant was good in the evening. Nice atmosphere at the roof top terrace bar. General funky design and music of the hotel good. Downstairs shower in the duplex flooded the bathroom, although cleaned by the maid each time! Rooftop pool a bit small. Cocktails varied according to who was making them! |

good design they effectively lie about the swimming pool. the pictures on the site are completely out of context - taken in such a way that it suggests there is a sizable pool but the pool is tiny. Also, there is a childerens basketball court right next to the hotel which makes a lot of noise in the morning |

We liked the location and the look-and-feel of the hotel. It is located just blocks away from everything you want to see. It is *very well* decorated and finished... great environment. We really loved it. The staff was also great and always willing to help you - great attitude. The bed was not very comfortable. Also, the gym could have been a little bit bigger. |
