The swimming pool, availability of fresh towels, the smell of the body wash gel. Bed size since they were two put together. Free Wi-fi. Two Tv's. One mini hi-fi. Quiet area with very good restaurants. The noise between rooms due to very very thin walls. The mini-fridge wasn't working and when we asked about it the hotel staff told us they couldn't replace it. They presented us with another inferior rooms no charge or a superior one which we approved but asked to pay an extra 20€ per night. The air conditioning water was dripping through a lamp. Our room was not a 4*. Other, more expensive were. |

Debido a que todo el hotel estaba completo, nos asignaron una Junior Suite a precio de habitación doble normal. La habitación esta genial. A unos amigos que viajaban con nosotros le dieron una habitación ruinosa en la 6ª planta a la cual no llegaba ni el ascensor. |

Sólo dormí en el. Una de las habitaciones no correspondía a la calidad que dice poseer el hotel, da la sensación de que no está incluida en él. Esta habitación está incluida en 6º planta, no se puede acceder directamente con el ascensor, además no hay indicación por ningún sitio de la existencia de esta 6º planta. La decoración estaba muy abandonadas correspondiéndose más a un 2 estrellas que a un cuatro. Aunque nuestra estacia fuese sólo para dormir, por este aspecto nos fuimos descontentos y nos fuimos son la sensación que pagamos en exceso una habitación reservada con mucho tiempo de antelación. |

Le système de la chambre duplex , c'est la première fois que vois ce système et c'est vraiment très agréable. Le petit déjeuner , même s'il est en promotion à 10 € , le café n'est pas bon et le buffet est très peu garnit , par contre ce qu'il y à dessus est de très bonne qualitée. |

Puede ser util el hecho de tener arriba la habitación y abajo el salón, pero también es verdad que causa problemas para subir la maleta. Gracias por ser de los hoteles que tienen en cuenta que hay gente que ama los animales y no los abandona. |

Esthétisme des chambres, commerces situés à proximité de l'hotel. Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (climatisation), hotel situé à 15 mn du métro (ligne secondaire), l'hotel ne dispose que de peu d'informations sur la ville, hangar faisant office de parking (la voiture est même déplacée pour "optimiser" les emplacements : l'hotel ne mérite absolument pas un intitulé "luxe". |
