We were made very welcome by everyone at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent as was the food. Everything you need for a perfect city break. |

pianist in the lobby, nice pool, friendly staff too close to very noisy disco wbhich kicked off at midnight and too close to te main road outside, sand the area the hotel was situated was a little rough. |

Superb top quality hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent although we didn't eat here at any other time. Environment around pools could be improved especially the indoor pool. |

Conjunto de los servicios, localización, vista, piscina, calidad del personal. Todo fue perfecto La zona no es muy acojedora. Tendrian que poner un shuttle para los clientes que quieren ir en el centro de Palma o a la playa. |

Am 1.Abend gab es gleich eine Aufmerksamkeit auf´s Zimmer: Sherry mit etwas Gebäck. Sehr lecker. Eine 2.Aufmerksamkeit folgte am Geburtstag meines Mannes: da stand dann eine Champagnerflasche auf dem Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksam. Waren darüber sehr erfreut. - Die Mehrsprachigkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter lässt zu Wünschen übrig: Englisch und natürlich Spanisch waren vorhanden, aber z.Bsp.Deutsch konnten sie gar nicht. Bei einem 5,5 Sterne-Hotel kann man dies aber erwarten. -unzureichender Spa- und Fitnessbereich; - Abdeckservice am Abend wird mal gemacht und mal nicht; - keine durchgende Matratze |

Der Blick aus dem Zimmer (Hafen und Kathedrale) ist einmalig schön. Die Lage ist für ein Stadthotel in Palma sehr gut, insbesondere weil das Gebäude relativ weit entfernt von der Hauptverkehrstraße liegt. Den Anspruch eines echten 5 Sterne Hotels nach deutschen Maßstäben erfüllt das Gran Melia Viktoria in vielen Details nicht, aber die Lage entschädigt angemessen. |

Nah zum Zentrum, schön klassisch angerichtete Zimmern, guter Frühstuck Standartzimmer befinden sich im Untergeschossen mit dem Blich nur zu Pool und ohne Aufzug. |

zentrale Lage, teilweise freundliches Personal fast jedenTag verschmutzte Handtücher auf dem Zimmer - das Hotel scheint ein Problem mit der Wäscherei zu haben. Abdeckservice am Abend wird mal gemacht und mal nicht. Die Minibar wurde nicht jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Im Bad waren noch lange Haare von dem Vorgänger. Diese wurden trotz mehrmaligen "putzen" im Zimmer nicht entfernt. Als ich Nachmittags in mein Zimmer kam stand die Eingangstüre auf! |
