it is very well situated in the city easy access to all the tourist sites the hotel staff was not friendly and helpful, we wanted a double bed and got a room with two single beds put together that kept coming apart during the night, very noicy the room we where on the first floor and could feel the metro when it paseed under the hotel |

Room was small (supposed to be double for single use), one chair, one light gave some indicator. Did not get requested smoking room. Lifts took ages. Shower holder broken, elec distribution panel buzzed and place generally noisy. |

Location and staff and wireless. Fantastic staff. Spartan bed with minimal sheets. No iron for suits ... had to improvise for the first day of GSM. |

The location of the hotel is excellent,for Las Rambles The underground,The open top hop-on hop-off tourist bus. The buffet style breakfast was very good (but extra) We were there for 3 nights and the towels were changed every day room very clean and warm (we went in February) |

it's at the center so it's really easy to see the city center by foot. the walls are thin and the cleaning ladies are yelling and making a lot of noise when they clean the other rooms. so there's no option such as sleeping at "siesta time". |

This hotel has some of the most helpful staff I have encountered. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean , as is the whole hotel. The one thing some people might not like is the lack of a bar in the hotel. We did not find this a problem due to the hotels great location. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. |

Central Location. There was very poor sound insulation between rooms. Also, all rooms were built around a central atrium and could be quite noisy as a result. |
