explores Salamanca Very very disappointed. Staff at desk unhelpful, internet connection very poor and no one who had the ability to assist, Breakfast truly dreadful! I expect staff in 4 star hotels to speak English |

Reception staff were very accomodating and helpful when I requested changing room. Very good location in a quiet part of the city yet situated close to main amenities. Metro and bus stops very close. |

Good reception staff - very quick and speaking English, good location near the metro and easy to reach the city center and the airport from there Some facilities are quite old for this category of the hotel. it was built in a rich style, but time is going on.. |

Nice hotel situated in a quiet part of Madrid. Close walk to Grand Via and the shopping centre of the city. Rooms are clean and all services expected for the price is included. Breakfast was good but not perfect. Hotel staff english speaking. |

I liked it's accessibility in regards to the rest of the city (Madrid). I also appreciated the non-smoking floor. |

Location is good and staff is friendly and efficient. I also liked the breakfast buffet. This has been four star hotel some years ago. The lobby is flashy but now everything in the room was bit old. In the last morning there was only cold water available. The internet connection is costly. |

Location. Not given the room i booked. Got a twin instead of double. Also asked for smoking (they have them) but didn't get. Staff quite curt. Room generally disappointing. |

Excellent location, walking distance to Chueca (restaurants and nightlife) and Puerta del Sol (e.g. main shopping streets), with a metro station just around the corner for visits to other parts of the city. A 4-star hotel for a very cheap price, although the staff was at times rather grumpy, but never outright unfriendly. |

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I got full support from them. Location is also good. It is only 2 minutes walk from Metro station but safe and silent place. |

location very good unfortunately the television and radio did not work, hotel could not change us and it was to late to send a technician even though they said they would....so as iwork in the hotel and resort industry service could be improved. |

The hotel was presentable, clean and the staff were friendly. It's just across the road from a metro station which takes you to the main tourist areas in a couple of stops. The walls were quite thin and I could easily hear conversations in the neighbouring rooms. Although the hotel standards were good,I wouldn't rate this as a four star hotel. I've definitely stayed in nicer three star hotels so I was dissapointed from that aspect. |
