Type of the hotel was absolutely in line with a purpose of my trip - touristic. My room was excellent, breakfast as well, the hotel is right in the centre, closely located to museums and great bars and discos. Just perfect! |

Great location in centre of Madrid, very near Prado, Thyssen, Caixa Forum etc and interesting restaurants and bars. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and its fun watching the comings and going of the Health Ministry opposite! Breakfast was perfectly adequate but the coffee could have been better. |

Very close to several museums. Very good breakfast buffet not sure why they are considered a 4 star hotel. Stayed 4 nights and bathroom soaps, shampoos, glasses never replaced. Odd. I think over priced |

The location is outstanding (in the middle of the triangle of the three museums that Madrid is famous for),just perfect. The staff was very nice.Free internet at the lobby to be used anytime. Shame breakfast is not included ,but I learnt that , that's how it works in Spain. The room was quite small, but very clean and so was the bathroom.Great hotel! The fact that we had to pay for the parking.I feel it could have been included in the 120 Euro a night... |

Excellent location, a very nice district (Barrio de las lettras) and close to most of attractions, many nice restaurants nearby, free internet access, small nice things (e.g. fruits basket on the floor), very good breakfast (not included in room charge) with the very satisfactory choice Very noisy (noise not coming from outside - street is calm), but from inside - you hear all your neighbours moves and in the mornings cleaning (starting quite early) making incredible noise. So overall sonorisation is clearly unsufficient. |

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom, good space. Availability from staff. Nice localization even if not very close to metro. Close to loads of tipical tapas restaurants. The dirty rug when leaving the elevator on 6th floor, really bad impression. Fortunately the room was OK at the end. |

Good position, extremely kind and available stuff. Very good price. Good forniture and bath. Maybe rooms are small for two, in terms of physical space. I did not try internal services like breakfast or dinners. |
