The location is good, the standard of rooms and service was high and we would definitely stay there again. We had coffee and croissant breakfast and it was a very very poor croissant and certainly not worth the money. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was large, clean, very modern and comfortable for the price. We had two small children and it was very family friendly and accomodating. Centrally located too. |

My wife and myself stayed at 5 different hotels in Spain. This was our favorite. We were lucky enough to get an exterior room with a private deck. Since no cars could use the street it was very quiet. Close to all the historical sites the location was about the best you could ask for. |

This was a great hotel within walking distance to many of Madrid's city attractions. Tapas bars were everywhere and within walking distance. The only suggestion I have would be to have the hotel make sure the sliding door leading to the balcony doesn't automatically lock. We found ourselves on the balcony locked out of our room. |

convenient location, perfect for a stay in Madrid and access to the big museums such as Prado and Reina Sofia, also at walking distance to many other sightseeing places in the city. The airco didn't work properly. |

This hotel is in an excellent location close to the main museums such as the Prado and Reina Sofia. It is only a hop away from lots of great places to eat and you can pretty much walk to all the main points of interest in Madrid. Blankets on beds! Not all the staff spoke good English so it was hard to get information and advice on where to eat, otherwise they were friendly. Also it can be noisy at night on the weekend due to all the people walking around below our hotel window. |

The location was marvelous. You can go to the Prado in the morning, take a nap at the hotel in the afternoon and, if you like, return to the Prado in the early evening. |

A comfortable modern hotel with helpful staff, in a perfect position for the major art galleries and for the restaurants and bars in the old city. Very good double glazing blocks street noise. Good breakfast buffet. |

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Efficient, helpful staff. The location is good - a very pretty part of Madrid. For a "themed" hotel, it's a bit short on character. My room could have been any room in a chain hotel anywhere in the world. |

Nice size room. Very central location. The air conditioning didnt work in our first room. they changed our room but it still didn't work. However it was a cooler exterior room. Receptionists are very poor...no sense of welcoming or customer service. the internet is not connected to a printer...you have to save and send them an attachment to their email which they print! Crazy!!! in the 21st century! |
