Las habitaciones están recientemente remodeladas y son muy confortables y agradables. Las que nosotros reservamos daban al mar y mereció la pena. La vista insuperable, con el faro de Capdepera al fondo. Respetco al SPA, es pequeño pero tiene todo lo indispensable. El personal del hotel muy atento y amable. El buffet de la cena estaba bien pero podría mejorarse. |

Situation, vue mer, spa Buffets des diners un peu lourds et peu variés (desserts et legumes surtout) mais sans doute faits en fonction des gouts d une clientele a 95% allemande |

Uitstekende ligging van het hotel, goed eten en drinken, de properheid van het hotel Geen enkele belangstelling cq interesse van het personeel bij de receptie. Ook niet de afrekening (nog niet eens: "Graag tot de volgende keer". |

Los ajustes de los horarios del Spa y comedor. Si el Spa se abre a las 9 h. se supone que la sauna tiene que estar caliene. Si el desayuno es hasta las 10,15 se supone que a esta hora no tienen que estar quitando la comida. |

Las instalaciones son buenas. Solo un problema, pedimos una habitacion en una planta alta, dijeron que solo quedaba una libre cuando era mentira porque 4 minutos despues hablaban por radio con las limpiadoras y les ofrecian varias. Estan acostumbrados a mentir a los extranjeros porque no entienden lo que luegon hablan en español entre ellos. El personal de recepcion no est muy atento. Reservamos una habitacion con vistas, nos iban a dar otra sin vistas hasta que nos dimos cuenta y nos quejamos. Decian que no habian recibido la reserva completa pero nos hicieron esperar demasiado tiempo para resolver todo. |
