THe location of the hotel was very convenient The hotel had outdated maps about the city. Also they did not do any tour bookings for people that were staying in the hotel. Every other hotel i've been to booked tours for people that stayed in their accomdation |

Helpful reception staff, excellent central location, comfortable beds, great buffet breakfast Toiletries in room not very good quality. No info in room about the breakfast location or times, or the check out time, or anything about the rooftop spa. On all occasions we had to go down to reception to ask. |

Es el hotel y hemos recorrido muchos que hemos encontrado con más adaptaciones y útiles para una persona en silla de ruedas, como era nuestro caso. El "invento" para la accesibilidad a las perchas del armario no lo hemos visto en ninguno otro, nacional y extranjero. Gracias |

Limpieza y situación, en la zona moderna y comercial, cerca de museos. Había una boda en la misma planta que mi habitación y había mucha gente por ahí. La habitación era algo pequeña para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, el primer día sólo había toallas y jabones para uno, el segundo dia nos pusieron para dos.El personal de recepción tampoco nos prestó gran atención, la justa. |

L'entrée de l'hotel et le salon sont design et confortables et les petits déjeuners buffets de bonne qualité et copieux La chambre est propre et spatieuse Les serveurs qui s'occupent du breakfast ne sont meme pas bilingues ce qui pose des problèmes quand on doit donner le n° de sa chambre (ce qui fait qu'on m'a compté 1 petit déjeuner de trop et je ne l'ai vu qu'après etre rentrée) |

La ubicación del hotel Nos dieron una habitación individual (nos lo confirmó el personal de limpieza) pedimos explicaciones en recepción y nos dijeron que había dobles "pequeñas" y a la siguiente noche nos cambiaron a una habitación doble de verdad. La primera tenía una cama pequeña, una toalla, un sofá, una toalla de manos, jabón para uno...vamos...muy mal detalle por parte de este hotel...esperaba mucho más. Muy mal! |

El hotel no estuvo mal la recpcion no demasiado agradable, pero tengo que decir que por una boda que habia en el hotel no puede dormir ya que la musica se escuchó hasta las 4 de la mañana. nos quejamos no solo nosotros si no muchas de las personas que estaban alojadas y no supieron que decirnos. |

L'hotel est idéalement placé, nous avons tout visité à pied. La chambre était impeccable, le lit grand et confortable; nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'hotel.Très bon rapport qualité/prix. |

Ha estado bien en general. Aparte del zumbido toda la noche de lo que creo que seria la calefacción, porque el aire acondcionado lo cortaba, al ser fin de semana hubo dos bodas por la noche y en la tercera planta se escuchaba el sonido de la musica. La habitacion no estaba bien aislada. Si pudiera elegir, sería una planta mas alta. |
