Clean, convenient location to city centre. The staff on reception were great, but the other staff, ie: bar staff could maybe smile and look happy!! It was a shame that there was no entertainment and not much atmopshere to the hotel. |

I liked the hotel staff, very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. The facilities are very adequate, especially the bar area. The drinks, too ,are reasonably priced. I did not like the location as it is very much away from the Town Centre.Having said this,it is very quiet and peaceful. |

Clean room, nice hotel./ Instalaciones limpias y agradables Worst Hotel personal treatment in 14 hotels we stayed in our Spain tour ,polite to the minimum. A young male receptionist got mad because he had to repeat what he said, (in Andalucia spaniards speak very fast). Later a young lady insisted the internet was ok but we could not get connected (another unnecessary rough answer before giving us the right code). |

Loved the pool. Food in restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't like the location of breakfast it was like eating in a conference room. No towels at the pool either. |

We live in Portugal and were travelling home from a holiday in Marbella. We found the hotel ideal for a half way over night stop. As we only stayed one night we are unable to comment about the area as we did not explore. The waiter and the receptionist we dealt with were very efficient and friendly. |

In the first given room it was stinky. After discussion they gave us another room. This one was ok but the hotel is noisy and very very common. No charm at all, a very basic hotel, old fashionned and certainly not in today's mood. Poor choice. |

Everything was fine, excellent I would say. The hotel would be also conveniently close to the airport, once the municipality of Jerez decided to put indications at the bare crossroads... |

The Hotel was in an excellent location to walk everywhere and there was lots to see. Very comfortable beds and generally very good all round. The information said there was a hydromassage shower and it did not exist. The shower we had was very low pressure and quite poor really. The staff did offer an alternative room but there were none any better.A bit disappointing as the superior room had been booked with the shower in mind. |

Wonderful location, walking distance to most major attractions. Pleasant and clean rooms. Value for money. The Head Waiter was unhelpful when trying to arrange meal requirements.and it would appear that everything was just too much trouble for him. The rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. |

Very pleased with the hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel clean and smart. We booked through this site to get breakfast included with room rate and were very pleased with the choice available - hot scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, cold meats and cheese, yoghurts, fruit, pastries, bread, rolls, toast, jams, cereals, coffee and freshly squeezed orange which was a favourite. |

A typical Andalusian Hotel located in Jerez de la Frontera. |
Surrounded by lush gardens, this hotel offers a wide range of facilities to help you relax beneath the Andalusian sunshine. From it you can also visit the sights of ancient Jerez. |
Originally the María Auxiliadora Convent, the Barceló Jerez hotel has been carefully restored and renovated into an impressive property displaying the fine architecture of the nineteenth century. |
Located in a privileged beachfront position on the Costa Ballena at Rota, this Mediterranean-style property offers an ideal environment for lovers of golf, the sea, culture and gastronomy. |
